★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My laptop kept shutting itself off. Was really frustrating and the company I bought it from (big box store) was giving me the run around. Steve took extra care to diagnose the issue. Kept me in the loop the entire time with photos texted to me. Is fee was remarkably low compared to what I expected. He was very professional and answered my millions of questions. Very excellent experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great experience with Steve and SLP Computer Repairs. My 2011 Macbook Air was having battery issues, but otherwise it still worked well. I wanted to repair it rather than spend $1000+ on a new machine.
Steve replaced the battery and gave the internal components a thorough cleaning. He communicated with me throughout the process by providing updates and photos of the work being done. Steve was courteous and professional, and now I have my computer back and it's working like new!
Steve's prices were fair, and I was happy to support a local business instead of paying an exorbitant amount to Apple. I will definitely go to SLP Computer Repairs again!

He kept me aware of his progress with pictures and texts, was incredibly fast and courteous, and went above and beyond my expectations. Steve is knowledgeable, but also has the ability to explain technological terms to me, which is nothing short of miraculous! I will be going back to Steve from now on, as it was a great experience from the moment I sent him an email!

Steve is very professional, humbly patient, with a great desk-side manner. I'm sure he has the best prices in town, too. You won't regret having Steve as part of your support team.
