Spoke with Doug about some concerns I had and he was able to put my mind at ease that there were no issues at the moment but certainly they'd be willing to look if I noticed any changes. Definitely definitely would recommend going there for peace of mind or service. Honest and reliable.

He was great to deal with by phone, in person and even through texting, while we were away during the holidays. He was able to provide all options for our timeline and budget and exceeded our expectations during the process. Pregnancy brain left me a bit tardy on writing the review but now I can safely say two months later that we are still just as in love with it as we were the day we picked it up. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a 2022 Cadillac XT6 from this dealership. Thanks to Jeff Easton for making the whole process so transparent and easy. He listened, he responded and delivered. From start to finish we knew what we were getting into and didn’t feel at all uneasy about this big purchase. Jeff was able to put us into the vehicle within a few days and took care of us when we were there.
Andrew the Finance manager was also great to work with, friendly, easy going and fun to be around. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and had no regrets driving from Brampton to make the deal happen. We will choose this dealership for sure over others as they understand what customer service is.
Mike at parts was another great man, he was so kind and tried to take care of us. He attempted to get us the things we needed and even offered to pick up the item from another location if we could wait for a bit.
Our next purchase is another Cadillac and my father refuses to go anywhere else. Thank you to Brian Cullen Cadillac and the staff that made this deal possible.

Got me a great deal on the truck, even got running boards put on for me and was super understanding through the process!
