★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was pouring rain, one of the managers came out with Umbrelas and escorted us to our car with our cart full of stuff. Amazing service !! Very nice ambiance at the store too. Very nice employees everywhere.

Prices of merchandise definitely went up. Just like everywhere else. Good experience. 9 out of 10 scale, home depot emplyees have great customer service skills, knowledgeable and ready to help. I was waiting long to speak with the associate. Sometimes that happens.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location just off the highway with a mall and many restaurants within walking distance. Public transportation isn’t an issue thanks to the many bus stops in the area. The home depot itself is fantastic! Large store with lots in stock! Prices are great with frequent sales and staff is always a great help. They do price matching even with Amazon (within their limit). Only issue I found was the lack of stock for some of their Ryobi tool accessories like the band saw blades. They sell the Ryobi 9 inch band saw but not the replacement blades for it which is super inconvenient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service at this store is awesome. Carl from Seasonal was super helpful and Matt Penner was also lovely and went above and beyond helping us get our purchases home. Shawna at the front cash was also really friendly and chatty. We ended up going back a few days later to purchase some more things (in no small part because the staff were so great)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are very friendly, helpful staff. If can't find something please ask a staff member. They still have plexiglass dividers in place. If you want to wear a mask you can or leave it off. There is a wide range of building supplies available, as well as household products. It is ok to browse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just purchased a washer and dryer set from Peter in appliances and he is by far the best and most friendliest Home Depot employee we’ve ever dealt with. We will be referring all friends and family to him and this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The floor staff tried to be helpful but even they couldn't locate some of the items I was looking for. They need to improve their system of finding things. I ended up buying a product that was twice the price because the clerk and I couldn't locate the 40 items that the website says were in store. Then at the checkout, the clerk was not very friendly about checking for a reduced price on another item .

She saw we were looking at blinds and stopped what she was doing just to come over and tell us about her experience with the ones we were looking at. Bought what we wanted and went back for more for our other windows. Terrific customer service.
