★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company is great. A cable broke on my garage door and it would not go up or all the way down. I put in a service call at about 1:30 pm. The repairman, a very nice guy, called within an hour and had the door repaired before 4:00 pm!! Excellent!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called and emailed numerous times trying to get a quote. Was told to contact Wayne, he was not in office so I talked to Paul. He assured me that I would get a quote shortly. It’s been almost 2 weeks. After 1 week, I hadn’t heard from anyone so I called and left another message. I still have not heard from them. Looking at the reviews of the company, it seems they are not reliable getting quotes to customers. I will be taking my money elsewhere. Extremely frustrated with this situation.

I was so impressed with the customer service, pricing, and quality of their products. Excellent service at the service desk, in the yard, and in online communication. Being able to pay using their secure online system was also very easy. I highly recommend this company to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had Regional Doors install a front entryway door on my house on May 29, 2020. The price quoted was competitive, Mackenzie was my rep, she was always available to answer any questions that I had. Jerry, my installer, showed up promptly at 8am and did an amazing job. The job took approx 4 hours from start to finish. He pointed out a few issues with the installation of my old door and reassured me that they would be remedied with their installation. The door looks amazing, the installation was quick, everything was cleaned up afterwards and Jerry was an absolute professional throughout. I would highly recommend Regional Doors to anyone looking to replace their entryway doors.

Started with requesting on-line quote, then estimator, Wayne, came out to measure and discuss options and pricing. Easy to deal with, friendly, professional, suggestions were helpful. Door arrived within time frame promised. Installer, Mike, did an excellent job all around. Arrived promptly and completed in good time. We had no clean-up to do after he left. All scrap hauled away as arranged. Definitely recommend this company.
