★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is friendly and they were nice and quick with the service on my car. The mark up on parts was a little much but kinda what you expect from a dealership. When I've bought parts from the parts counter the prices haven't been too bad. I prefer to use OEM parts when they are priced reasonably close to aftermarket parts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After sorting through several different dealerships across Niagara, my girlfriend and I decide to stop in at Subaru of Niagara and that was the last destination needed for our search.
The team at Subaru were hands down the best sales and finance representatives that we encountered(and we went through them all).
Brayden and Sandra were exactly the type of staff you would want to buy a vehicle from. They were thoughtful, open and honest throughout the entire process.
Brayden Roszl in particular went above and beyond to explain every single detail of the vehicle and leasing process for my girlfriend and did it in a manner that put our needs (and wants) at the forefront during the entire process.
When selecting a vehicle, I would definitely recommend the team at Subaru of Niagara, thank you Brayden and Sandra!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I own a 2021 Subaru Ascent that I bought from Otto Vanegas, my third Subaru from Otto (two Outbacks prior) at Subaru of Niagara. He is a great sales person. Otto is a friendly guy who knows his stuff, is not a pushy salesmen and makes buying a car easy. I would definitely recommend buying a car him. Thanks Otto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing dealership. Friendly folks. Particularly impressed with the way they put customers first which is hardly lacking in many dealerships these days. I got my Outback wilderness from them recently. Basically i am from Oakville but still i choose this dealer for their customer satisfaction. Huge shout out to Steve who helped me in the process right from test drive till i took my Subbie home. Amazing and friendly chap. Highly recommend for anyone in GTA region and those who are stuck with bad customer service seen in other dealerships particularly at Oakville in my case…

He even arranged to have someone pick me up from a different car dealership an hour away when I returned the lease on the same day I was picking up my new Subaru Crosstrek. Sandra in the finance department was wonderful to deal with in reviewing all the details so that I understood my coverages and payment plan. I’ve never had a dealership offer to give me individualized warranty coverage to ensure I’d be fully covered for the full term of the lease, and Sandra did a great job of ensuring I got coverage to meet my specific needs. I would highly recommend Subaru of Niagara to friends and family.
