Omg! I made a huge blunder. I had left a terrible review for Truck n stuff niagara by accident. It was my fault, I left it for the wrong place. I called and Jason was very understanding and helpful. So I apologize to everyone affected. Plz see Jason at Truck n stuff he was awesome!

i went to this place of business with my brand new ford ranger truck to arrange for the purchase and installation of a lear truck bed cap. i am a medically exempt from wearing a mask. i entered the building and calmly waited for the employee to acknowledge me. he was a rather scruffy individual who was sitting behind the glassed in counter. he stared at me strangely, and finally asked me if he could help me. i stated that i was there to buy a truck cap for my vehicle. his tone was somewhat hostile and condecending, as he asked me why i wasn't wearing a mask. i explained that i am medically exempt. his reply was "i don't know what that means", so i explained that i am not required to wear a mask due to medical conditions. he started making remarks about how he is required to wear one, as he got up and began to don his mask. his grumbling and hostile tone continued, giving me the feeling that i likely might not be able to trust this gentleman to provide me with quality customer service. finally i'd had enough, and asked him outright if he wanted my business or not. he continued to make noise about my medical exemption, so i said "good day" and left. i think its important to note that i went there prepared to order product and services, on the spot; that would have amounted to over 3 thousand dollars in revenue to this business. needless to say, the way i was treated, and the snotty attitude of the employee, completely soured my experience, and i will never return, or recommend this business to anyone. EDIT: Props where props are due. Thank you to the owner for reaching out, and owning my poor experience at his business. Clearly a class act, the ownership did the right thing by offering their apology. Apology accepted with thanks. While i have made other arrangements for the products and services i was seeking, I accept that the individual employee may have been very concerned about friends or family who are struggling with illness, and I hope that his loved ones recover quickly and fully. These are difficult times for many of us, and we should all strive to be more patient and understanding with one another. One individual having a bad day should not be held against the business. i've amended my rating to reflect that management has taken steps to ameliorate the situation.

Awesome place to go if your a truck owner, if they dont have what you need that'll get it, prices are fair and they carry tons in store

Took over a month to get the cover in, time to put it together was less then 30min. These covers aren't cheap but the price was less then competitors. I Would definitely check these guys out first before making a decision.
