We came back and there was another gentlemen waiting when the couple left she served the man asking how she could help him we decided to leave I called and told the lady that it was rude she tried to lie stating he had an appointment so I asked then why not tell me that not 20 mins or say do u mind waiting a minute rude very rude

B	Brad Patterson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Over promise, under deliver! My sister and I purchased a slab that was to be an add on to our grandmothers headstone when our father passed away. Upon making arrangements and paying, we were told it would take 8 weeks for the stone to be installed at the cemetery. 17 Weeks later, (after having to call the Kitchener location because this branch had a busy signal all day long for weeks on end)- they gave us an update and said they would have the St. Catharines store get in touch with us. Once they did call I voiced my concerns about the length of time it was taking, the associate agreed it was taking longer than normal & said she would look into it. When she called back the story had changed that it was never 8 weeks and that the stone was a special order and it would take 4 months to get it from South Africa (this is after telling us at the first meeting that it was a very common headstone and although it wasn't in stock, it would be no trouble to match) - I had pointed out that we were told 8 weeks on 3 separate occasions along the way to which I was told " I don't think I said that" - not the slightest inkling of accountability or even an apology which would have gone a long way. People make mistakes, that's fine but when you are in customer service the least you could do is offer an apology of some sort and be empathetic . I would never bring my business to this establishment ever again or recommend them.
