★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a bad behaviour by the employees in this location. Got a ring on may7 and noticed after 2 days the color came off went in there for exchange and the lady was so rude.Instead of helping me out told me that the ring is bent Nd has scratches.Such a bad customer service experience ..On top of it she said i was putting words in her mouth about her ridiculous behaviour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ REALLY VERY VERY RUDE AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH PANDORA with floor manager as well as with associate( 25th peel center location)
Bought the necklace on Jan 29th and noticed that earrings was damage by default and on Feb 18th went to store to return or exchange
The associate said she can not take it back as return we suppose to bring it same day evenif on receipt mentioned it's 30 days return policy, so requested to exchange and she said THEY CAN NOT RETURN OR EXCHANGE and floor manager jumps into and she threatened us to call security because we were arguing with associate why not exchange or return it
AS SHE DOES NOT WANT TO LOOSE HER SALE SO IT'S ON CUSTOMER TO LOOSE THEIR MONEY EVEN IF RECEIVED DAMAGE PRODUCTS.
after explaining so many times to manager she understood that the product was damaged by default, finally ready to exchange only earrings
NEVER EVER GO & SUGGEST ANYONE ABOUT THIS STORE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big line up probably because of the weekend. The lady who was helping us wasn’t friendly. She was irritated every time my friend and I asked her to see something new. She took longer to bring things to the counter. At the end when I asked her to skip the phone number while billing, she gave us a weird look. Overall not happy with the customer service. It was my friend’s purchase otherwise I would not have bought anything from this store. I have been to other Pandora stores but never had such experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this Pandora location to buy a gift for my mother’s birthday. This was my first time so I was a little scared and nervous but the sales associate was super helpful. I was able to get exactly what I want and my mom also liked it. I’m definitely going back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went during the week specifically to avoid a line-up, didn't help. There were 5 staff members inside and 3 customers, two staff members were just hanging out I guess because there were 4 of us waiting outside in line. One employee walked back in the store and I politely asked if I can just purchase something since I knew what I wanted (and before I did exactly that, got items brought out while waiting in line, paid for then and was on my way).
She looked at the item I wanted and said they'd don't have it. Funny because I called prior to going there and was told they have 3 in stock. I left, called the store 20min later and sure enough they still had 3 in stock.
Don't bother going to this location as the staff seems very uninterested in doing their job and tend to be very rude. I used to buy 10-15 items there a month for office gifts but not anymore, square one location has staff who actually do their job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went the day the storm came.. so that should have been a sign. I met the associate named Manpreet I believe. I don't think I have ever had a more bad experience in a jewelry store before. She literally made me feel as if “Why are you even here?”. She wasn't rude or anything. I went to do an exchange. She did show me what I asked for, but constantly giving me the look like “get it done already”. Overall did not like the place, the people or the collection. This was my first Pandora jewelry- which I got as a gift. Never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Celina was the associate that helped me today. I had to do some last minute mothers day shopping and she was very helpful. I've had her help me a few weeks back too when I needed to buy my sisters a gift. She was highly professional and knowledgeable about the products and made very good suggestions and recommendations for gift ideas. Highly impressed with the service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to get an online order exchanged. There's a line at the door, moves fast. One of the sales person walks the line and helps people and directs them. Once inside, Parm helped me. She was super kind, helpful and quick. Quick exchange, very pleasant staff. I saw them helping everyone in the same manner. Will definitely visit again!
