A	A McChesney on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely horrible service at this location. Sales associate do not offer any help at all, we were told we couldn’t use the change rooms then the Sales Associate became rude and had a horrible attitude. Horrible experience overall.

So return it at the store and they said they don't refunded shipping and return me 50, so shipping was 15 , been a regular shopper there but I am done shopping at urban.

L	Lianne Brown on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to the Square One and Erin Mills Town Center locations and the Bramalea City Center location is by far the best for selection, stock, organization, staffing and tidyness. I asked to speak to the Manager while paying for my purchase recently only to find out I was being served on cash BY the Manager, Karen. She was very polite and I told her I had a good thing to say. I reiterated the above to her and she was very appreciative of the feedback. I was in again today with my daughter and she recognized me while I was in line (which I found surprising considering the busy Holiday Season) and asked for my name. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone I know that will be saying they need to go to Urban Planet and is the only location I'll shop at.
R	R S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have good deals on clothes to lounge around at home or when you just want to wear something and not be seen by other people. Most of the staff are decent and can usually be found folding clothes that are already folded. The last time I was here, this black female employee made a stank face when I asked her the price of an untagged item. Quite rude of her to behave that way but it was naive of me to expect any better. Her weave and nails were on point though. The store doesn’t have the technology to process refund transactions. Store credit only. I don’t think I’ll return.
