Just wow, what a little gem, I had a great time with Raman the sales associate to design the custom frames I was looking for. Then following up with my experience with Sam, who helped me find an everyday pair of glasses. This place is my new home for eye wear, you cannot go wrong with anything they have. Whether it is transition lenses or blue light blocking frames for the computer, I am one very happy customer!

This place is an absolute JOKE and SCAM. Let me start by saying I am a licensed optician myself, so I know how things should be done when it comes to eyewear. I came to the store with a simple request to order new lenses for my child’s frame. Sales person (not an optician) hands me a marker and asks me to mark my child’s glasses where his pupils are. So, this is done in order to cut the lenses property, but why do you ask me to do that? If marked incorrectly for higher prescriptions it can cause a lot of vision issues. At this point I ask if they could just match the centre of the new lenses to the old one. Sales person pulls out a tool meant for measuring distance between pupils on a live person, and tries to measure my child’s frame. I should have walked out at that point, as this was a huge indicator that the person didn’t know anything about eyewear, optics, or how to measure things correctly. This is ILLEGAL. I asked again to please just match to what’s in the current lenses and person assured me they would. Ok. They tell me glasses will be ready in 3-5 days. 2 weeks later I call them to ask if the glasses are ready and I was told it will take another 2 days. In 2 days I come to the store and nothing is done. They say it was a special order and takes longer, I get it, you should have communicated this with me! I don’t have any more patience to wait so I ask for refund. With some hesitation and after calling the manager sales person proceeds to refund the money and they don’t even know how to use the machine, ended up refunding someone else’s card and tried to convince me it was refunded to me. My child’s old frame was given back to me, with markings that were supposed to match. Well they are completely off now that I checked. I am happy I got my money back. People working there have NO KNOWLEDGE IN OPTICAL I DUSTRY. In addition, they openly offer to do an insurance FRAUD, and use the remaining balance you have for your kids benefits towards the purchase of things for yourself. I will be in contact with College of Opticians about this whole issue. This place is a scam.

Disrespectful owner, I have higher lenses, and I took them to this store to ask I could get a frame for my lenses or not. The owner of this place comfortably said yes, he could do it. And they suggested a couple of frames, and I went with a titanium frame supposed to be stronger and of good quality. The frame did not fit on my face, and when I went back to the store, they accidentally broke the frame while adjusting. I paid for it, which is fine, and the person who broke my frame said she could replace it. The next day owner called and said he only changed the arms because they did not have the same frame. This was not acceptable, but that's still okay. I get it. This can happen when I go to pick my glass up. The owner of this place was not there, and gentlemen who were there gave me my glasses, and there was a plastic attached to my frame. I asked the owner or someone to come and show me what that was for. Gentlemen called the owner of this place. This guy started giving me orders on the phone and started disrespecting me. He tells me my lenses were too heavy for them, and he told me this was a favour he did for me. I told him I did not want them to do anything extra plus, if this is not something you can't do or are uncomfortable to do, please don't do or notify me, then I can understand. All the end, he started using abusive language and called me f..you and f. Off on the phone while I was there with my family. This type of behaviour is unprofessional, disrespectful, and terrible customer service. This is something we don't see in Canada often; abusive poor personality behaviour should not be tolerated anywhere. I did not go there for compensation or money; I just needed to use my glasses. But now, I will take these issues as far as I can and make sure he learns the customer service not to be rude.

Excellent customer service from Raman. She clarified many questions I had regarding my first prescription glasses. I had never purchased any eyeglasses before and they made me aware of different kind of features I can add for my lenses, pocket friendly too. As their prices are very reasonable with 1 year warranty. I will probably shop here again for my contact lenses too.

I just wanted to write and tell you how much I love my new reading glasses I ordered from you.I had lasik surgery about 5 years ago. I can see perfectly far away and for reading...however, my challenge was looking at my computer screen 8 hours/day. That 2 foot range never comes in clearly and regular reading glasses with the same strength in each eye didn't work for me and was driving me nuts. So I ordered glasses with a different strength for each eye and got the blue block w/ tint. The tint and strength in each eye is perfect.It was so amazing I just had to thank you. I may have to order some more and I will definitely be telling all my friends.Thanks so much!
