★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked an appointment for my wife. When we showed up, the clerk said there was a $50 fee. My wife is under the care of an eye specialist for some eye issues, so previously the fee had always been waived. Also, we are over 65, so BC Med pays. He said that they didn't have a letter on file from the specialist. He also said that we should have been told about the fee when we booked. I wasn't. The only reference to a fee was on the confirmation text, and it said there would be a $50 charge for missed appointments. So he reduced the fee to $25. She was in and out in 5 minutes with a simple prescription. No additional tests to justify an upcharge! I don't know if this is now a standard practice, or if this practice is gouging.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service. I took my two kids here for their first eye exams. Age 2 and 4. Dr. Jennings is great with children. She had lots of tools and experience to get the kids to cooperate for the exam. They had so much fun they have asked to go back again. Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Jennings takes time to explain things thoroughly in layman’s terms. I found her to be knowledgeable and efficient in her diagnosing my condition and applying treatment.
My interactions with Taylor, Sarah and Ben have been pleasant experiences as well.
I’m very satisfied with the customer service and care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Wendy Ma is incredibly smart and nice. The staff were pleasant as well. There is lots of parking around too. I will definitely be going to her for my regular check ups. I love that they have online booking.

Dr. Jennings goes above and beyond to accommodate patients' needs, answering questions in a clear and precise manner. Cannot say enough about her! I highly recommend Dr Jennings and would give her TEN stars if I could!!

They both keep up- to-date with eye-care, providing me with the best possible treatments for my eye issues, which include dry eye after cataract surgery.
It's a great feeling to know that both Doctors
help me take care of my eye health. They both take the time to explain what's going on and what needs to be done. I am very grateful for their expertise.
