★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Signage is terrible. N ppl on floor r rude n unhelpful. I asked a question to some girl on the floor. She gave me a 1 word answer made no eye contact. No offer to help or anything. Just rude. Would rather shop online then deal with ppl with no customer service skills.
Also noticing online prices r much cheaper for the same product. N at least the prices r labeled ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ highly deceptive pricing. Don’t trust the price sign on the racks. They will stack their items like a thrift shop with a $9.99 sign and price them at $80+
Customers are better off at urban planet, the store across them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m just looking for a bright plain short-sleeved shirt so I quickly dropped into this upper level Old Navy store at the Scarborough Town Centre.
They have clothing and accessories for the whole family so the signage of 50% off lured me in.
Well, I found something that was regularly $29.99 marked down to a promo price of $11.99.
It took me more time to go through a very busy checkout than it did to find my shirt. Well, I guess that’s the real cost of a deal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do not regularly shop for myself at old Navy because I have never found clothing that fits me in a flattering style. However, I found old Navy to prepare useful for my baby daughter. They have a good variety of cute and comfy outfits that she has enjoyed. They are sensibly sized and fit her well.
