I like that they have an online booking service because it ensures that there is space for my dog on the days I need him looked after.

C	Charlotte Brasso-Ernst on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a 6 month old puppy and I work from 9am-11am so taking my dog to Noah's Barque for the 2-hour stay and play was really convenient. When I dropped him off I would explain to the staff that I needed a few minutes on either end to get to and from work and they said that would be fine. Usually I would get charged $15 for the two hours even if was 10 minutes early dropping him off and 10 minutes late picking him up because the staff understood my situation. However, twice now I have been charged the half day rate for the extra 20 minutes. I called and they said it is policy and would not give me any leeway at all. I'm disappointed that they couldn't be more understanding and at the fact that they weren't consistent with what they were charging me. I won't be taking my dog here any more.

However, The reason why We wouldn’t back there again.They even didn’t know how she got that injured and when did happen. When I found that scratch on her under muzzle.I was shocked....cried.

N	Nicole Routbard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bernedoodle Owners Beware! We specifically asked for our puppy to NOT be shaved as he was NOT matted and did not require it. They completely disregarded what we asked for and we even brought photos in and used a previous dog as an example. They did not even speak to us afterwards or tell us how he was. AND they for sure did not give our poor boy any water as he gulped down 3 bowls when we got home and was panting when we arrived. Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND!! He has been completely shaved and they absolutely knew that they did not do what we asked as they hid in the back room. AND they cut his ear and it is now extremely red and looks very painful! They did not even say good-bye to Alvin or tell us when to bring him back. They also charged us for a large breed even though he is only 55 lbs and 7 months. We cannot even comprehend what they did to his head and his white paws and chest are not even very clean. Not worth your time or the extra money that they feel that they can charge. Must be a reason that their daycare was shut down!!! Poor service perhaps....

I WAS NEVER TOLD ABOUT THIS POLICY, NEVER SIGNED ANYTHING. This is a total disrespect to me as a loyal costumer.
