J	Joenel Paraton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place was awesome. I really enjoyed coming in and appreciate how the staff are very friendly and happy. The pedicure and manicure I received were awesome and decently priced. But wait! There's more, I really enjoyed the massage that came with each appointment. It was an element of surprise to me, so the better, right? Plus the staff members enjoy what they are doing, one can tell. The washrooms were very clean and tidy. Though the place is ALWAYS busy, you can actually still get an appointment in. Plus there are stools outside so in case you need to wait for your turn. I highly recommend this place.
D	Daniah Trevino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi, My mom and I have come a few times now. We both got shellac manicures last week and our nails started chipping just a few days after. We called in to get out nails fixed but when we got there, the manager/owner was rude and unprofessional. My mom got her nails fixed by Mandy (she is awesome, by the way), and the manager kept going up to her while doing the job, speaking another language, and looked like he was pressuring the lady. He then did the exact same thing when I got my nails fixed by Mandy. After we got our nails done last week, it honestly looked like we had done the nails ourselves. The paint was uneven and there were weird lines on our nails. Getting our nails done is not cheap, and when we went back today to get them fixed the manager looked very unapologetic and made us feel bad. Never coming here again, that's for sure!

Understandable that they have tight schedule but does not excuse for quality of the nails if it’s to be charged like that!! Cuticles weren’t pushed back etc.. the basics, prep and some nails look grown out already from the dip powder, which is awful! Not to mean if there’s a design that can’t be done, then let the customer know ahead and not waste their time. If the customer has given you a heads up and asked if you can do it prior starting.. its best to let them know before following through as it’s too late to ask the customer to change last minute over something like that! Dissapointing and waste of time and money.

I’m going to this place for a long time now and spent thousands of dollars but I always had this understanding that your time and your appointment doesn’t matter to them at all(if I don’t give my name to them, they don’t care and they even don’t take down your number) but it’s the money that they are making from you is their number one priority. I had bad, average and good experience in terms of the work in this salon but since it was convenient for me to come to this place, I always stay committed and even promoted this place to the people around me. Today, for the first time, I arrived late to the place and they simply told me that they cannot do my work and the next availability would be in more than an hour. What it tells me? They simply replaced me with a walk in without even respecting my time and my loyalty to notify me. Customer service in this place is horrible and although I wanted to remain committed to this place I have to say other places in West Vancouver, such as NBar or all seasons nail in park royal are having much greater services and they do much greater job and I will consider them for the future.

Their leaders Don & Donna with their wonderful personalities are an exemplary couple who inspire trust & confidence among their clients and it's clearly a very unified team whose aim is to provide professional services with a great sense of humour. I can happily report that they achieve this hundredfold. All clients are treated with a level of care that one would expect from their finest family member. I would highly recommend them to anyone. It is truly such a great environment with such kind people greeting you and taking care of you here. I always get my manicures and pedicures done here and they have been amazing for all these years. Though they are all truly amazing, I always book Megan. She is the best at manicures and the sweetest. She always professional and constantly asking if I like the way they look throughout the manicure, she does the best in making your nails look the best. I highly suggest going here and asking for Megan!!

This manicure was from 24 hours ago and it cost me $40 for this .. this was after I had to get them redone because of the bumpy spongy texture they left me with the first time. They’re completely uneven, chipped and unfinished as well as they almost purposely start the polish away from the nail bed so it grows out quicker. Along with this, I added photos of my friends manicure who came with me …
