Tina did a great job on my gel nails, definitely will be coming back!

Making sure I can get my services while I'm here. Working around my availability.i have brought many girls with me. Highly recommend this place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff were friendly and the price was reasonable, but I guess you get what you pay for. I had gone in for a gel mani/pedi and came home with one foot that must have not been set properly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrived for pre-booked appointment (1 week prior). Have not had a mani/pedi throughout covid. Was looking forward to relaxing experience. Was not offered the remote for the chair, pedicure started by male employee at the same time as nails getting done by female. No scrub used, did not do calves. No hot stones. He left part way through for a drop in client. Female finished both. Squirted some oil at the end on both arms and legs, cursory rub in. Would not even get close to a massage. Constant back and forth with “heater”. Not relaxing or enjoyable at all. Hot towel was used to rub oil off, not done in any way to enhance the experience. Very disappointed.

Things have gone from bad to worse. I had my nails done about 2 weeks ago and to say they were poor would be an understatement they are lumpy and respite assuring me they could do what I had asked for they couldn’t. Then blamed the difficulty on the poor quality. My nails were awful. Poorly shaped and inconsistent.
I decided today that I would give them one more shot at making things right. I showed them the shape, and got basic colour. They are still lumpy, I’ll shaped and within 2 hours the gel polish started to peel off.
My opinion. West van has multiple options. Pick a better one. I will

Then, the price increase 10$
When I asked for manicure and the color, after make all the manicure they the technician said she couldn’t find the colour and go ask. I absolutely heard they are out of stock now it and I should choose another one- the technician came back and said they only have in powder doesn’t exist in shellac. Why they lied to me?
And at the end as you can see in this finger it’s French and I can see my white nail line and also they touch up the nail with pink color and never clean it and I asked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never coming here again. I’d advise if you want to get your nails done here. Especially acrylic don’t come on the weekend. The ladies who do your nails during the weekday do a great job but Lee is usually there on the weekend and always does a horrible job. First time the acrylics came off after one week. This time he did a lousy job on shaping the nails and making them look the same shape. He then proceeded to cut off the skin where he got nail polish on resulting in a cut on my finger. Horrible experience. Should not be doing people’s nails.
