All Seasons Nails

Dirty tools!!!! I used to like this place but I recently went and the lady took a chunk out of my finger with the cuticle removers. I now have an infection in another finger from the same nail treatment. I would not go here again.

I’ve been coming to All Season Nails for three years now, specifically to Peter and they are by far the best nail salon I have been to! They are professional, always attentive, very polite, well priced and do wonderful work. If I ever break a nail due to my own clumsiness, Peter is always flexible with when I can come get it fixed. I wouldn’t ever consider switching salons. Do yourself a favour and yourself a Peter in your life.

I would give 5 stars for the actual mani/pedi. 2 ladies that did my nails were awesome! Unfortunately the guy at the front desk was very unwelcoming. Called for an appointment a week prior and on the day of he told me that I didn't have an appointment. He said "what do you want" in a very rude tone, and rolled his eyes when I was trying to explain I already had an appointment. Just felt unwelcomed as soon as I walked in.

I made an appointment for a manicure and pedicure. I waited for 35 minutes until my scheduled appointment. I returned for my appointment and I proceeded to look at the nail polish colors and the male nail technician spoke to me in a sharp tone, telling me to wash my hands. I didn't appreciate his tone from the start. But as a patron, I washed my hands. As I was waiting for the foot spa to be filled, I said I was going to look at the color, the male nail technician spoke up again and said they will show me samples of the nail polish, and I responded, I am just going to look at the colors. He then said that customers can't touch the nail polish, I responded again, saying I'm just going to look at the colors. After my interaction with this male nail technician, I just walked out because he spoke to me in a condescending tone every time he spoke to me. If I'm going to pay for a service, I would prefer paying a business who treats their clients with respect that each and every individual deserves to be treated. I called the salon after I left and advised the lady that the male nail technician needs to check his attitude and tone when he speaks to the clients. I then asked if he spoke to all the clients the way he spoke to me or did he only treat Indigenous clients the way he treated me. The lady responded that he was very busy and that's why his attitude was the way it was. I told her, he works in customer service, he needs to treat every client with the same respect. I was asked if I would come back and I wouldn't have to interact with the male nail technician while I'm there, I declined. I'm not paying anyone who talks down to their clients. I work hard for myself and treating myself is a rare luxury because I put my family before myself, so a manicure and pedicure is something I want to enjoy, I definitely wouldn't enjoy myself or feel pampered because of how this male nail technician treated me. I would rather drive to Metrotown and get my nails done there because the nail technicians were amazing.

Decided to treat myself to a manicure for the first time ever. My technician Peter was extremely friendly and professional. He took great care with my nails and the result is just perfect! Thank you for the wonderful experience :)

I've been going to All Seasons since 2019 and I would never go for any other place in Vancouver! I used to live just five minutes away so it was always convenient but even now, with a 30min commute, I prefer to take my time to go there than try some place else. I always book my appointments with Peter and my nails almost never chip (I'm not the most careful person, trust me). The colour selection is great and service is really fast with perfect coverage in my opinion.

After switching between multiple nail places to get my nails done I ended up going to all seasons for the first time after hearing recommendations from friends. I booked an appointment with Peter after hearing referrals and reviews and let me just say, I am not one bit disappointed. He was very attentive and welcoming and actually makes you feel like you’re making a new friend. I showed him a photo of what I wanted and he gave me exactly that. I have never been happier with my nails. I don’t understand all the bad reviews on here because it clearly was not the case. Do yourself a favour, stop paying for overpriced nails, and go to Peter?
