Every time I come in I feel treated like royalty everyone especially the owners makes me feel so welcome. The environment in the salon is well maintained, very cleaned and the tools that they use I know that they’ve been sanitized because it comes in a package that has been sealed! Especially during covid, it’s nice to know everything they use on me and for everyone is clean! I totally recommend coming here Is anyone is looking for a clean environment to get your nails done !!

The environment is extremely clean and relaxing. The salon is really incomparable and makes it difficult to pick any other place but here. This is about my 4th visit to the salon and I have not been disappointed. Keep up the amazing work.

The receptionist was super sweet and helped with polish selection. Took my daughter there as wanted to spoil her as it’s her university convocation this coming week. I’ve always thought that the offer of chocolate and beverage is a very nice touch. However none of us were offered the chocolate and they were not offered beverages. The ladies who worked on us were very sweet and nice. But I felt that my service was very rushed. We didn’t get seated together which was a bummer. I was seated 15-20 minutes later. Yet I finished at the same time as my daughter. I didn’t get any massage. The pedicure was done well. But I feel that experience was very rushed. I will try one more time to see if the service would remain consistent to before.

S	Stephanie Chang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was my first time at this place and I got a simple gel manicure. My technician filed the free edge of my nails as a last step after the gel was applied. I thought this was weird as I’ve never seen it done in this order before, but I didn’t say anything at the time. She also had gotten the polish on my cuticle on multiple nails (another technician ended up having to file off the excess with an e-file). Only 3 days later, my left ring finger had chipped, and the rest of my nails had discoloured to a purple on the free edge. I can only attribute it to the top coat being filed off and therefore not preserving or protecting the nail colour underneath. Because I do not live in Vancouver, I requested a store credit or a refund for the full price of the manicure. They only offered me a $10 store credit when the gel manicure was $55. I had emailed them back to understand why they only offered 1/5th of the cost of the service, but I never heard back. Overall unsatisfactory manicure and customer service.

Outstanding. The salon? Impeccably clean, relaxing, and just lovey. Everyone who works here is an absolute angel. Not only do you leave with a gorgeous, fresh set – I mean, look at my nails?!?! – the experience feels luxurious. I was worried I wouldn't find a good salon in Vancouver since returning from NYC, but I'm so happy I found N.Bar. Shabnam is absolutely AMAZING at her work. One of the best sets I've ever had. She went above and beyond, and added gold leaf. She is so skilled and nice. I am a client of hers for life. I will not go anywhere else. Go to N.Bar!!!!
