★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Allan Angell is a bit of a scumbag, all things considered. As anyone with access to a search engine can confirm, he is on the public record suggesting that the members of the current provincial government "should be shot". I mean, it's pretty obvious why a West Vancouver real estate agent wouldn't like a provincial government proposal to calm the dizzying over-inflation of Lower Mainland home prices from which he has made a great deal of money to date, but some things are well beyond the bounds of civil discourse - and such public comments can obviously be expected to be reflected in the reputation of one's business. All but the most pearl-clutching woe-is-me wealthy should avoid at all costs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do not understand the negative reviews Allan Angell did a great job selling our house. He spent a great deal of time and money and personal effort into marketing our house. No pressure on price. Allan also has a great knowledge of the real estate market. I would recommend Allan to everyone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have bought and/or sold 4 houses using Allan and everyone has worked out better than we thought it would. He knows the North Shore and Vancouver, has a huge number of regular clients and he understands the market better than any agent I know. He is the only agent I would recommend without reservation. He made some off the cuff remarks expressing his disapproval of the the NDP special taxes and the left wing goes ballistic. They ought to get to know the man before passing such misdirected comments.
