★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m sad because I used to take my dogs to 3rd street and now they switched companies. It’s conveniently close but my dogs need detailed cuts and I don’t find that there is detail and heart in this place. Some staff are nice, others maybe not so much. My dogs head/ears weren’t cut properly (long hairs were missed, and no shape to the ears) and they were not soft and fluffy like the usual groomers do. I guess this place is good for easier/basic cuts but I wouldn’t suggest if you want your dogs to be groomed close to perfect, especially poodles. Writing this based off 2 visits here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t recommend anyone to take their dog for grooming. I don’t have any idea about the daycare but the groomers are so rude and I have no idea how they treat the dogs. Highly recommend not to take your dog for grooming.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My dog is always so excited to go to spot for spot and she’s always ready for a good nap when she comes home. The staff get to know the dogs and it’s really sweet to watch pups get excited to greet their caretakers for the day!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been going here for almost 6 years now. Great staff and great service at reasonable pricing, my only recommendation would be to do a better job drying the dogs as my guy is still fairly wet everytime i pick him up although he has short hair

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really like this place. Our two big monsters have been going for years. When the dogs figure out where we’re going they get excited... no shenanigans. You know what some dogs can be like when it’s bath time! They always do a lovely job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every time I book an appointment, it takes my friendly small dog around 7+ hours in a close door environment. 7+ hours is way too long to keep a dog for grooming. My dog has separation anxiety, which I have informed them about. The last time I went was during the heat wave and I dropped him off at 8am and I called multiple times to pick him up and they kept pushing the time back. I finally picked him up at 5pm and they informed me he hadn't been drinking any water and I should give him some asap. I decided to book with them again and when booking I informed the lady that he must be done in a timely manner. They phoned me a day before to confirm and said the pickup time is 3:30pm I said that was not acceptable as I'm dropping him off at 8:30am. She said they prioritize the big dogs first and if I didn’t want him booked for that long I can come back in a month... I had already booked a month in advance. The lady handed the phone to the owner who was extremely rude saying 7+ is standard time and if I don’t like it I can go somewhere else. This is not acceptable. It should not take my small friendly dog 7+ hours for grooming. I understand they are busy but maybe they shouldn’t book more appointments than they can handle as it’s not okay for a dog to be sitting their for that long. They always tell me he is so well behaved and friendly, so why does it take 7+hours??? I’m not one to write bad reviews but the whole situation was handled so poorly on their part and I highly recommend going somewhere else.
