Synthesis have always been great communicators. Their drawings, specs and correspondence are super detailed and descriptive, which definitely helps our teams succeed on site. Synthesis has a very robust knowledge of the construction process, and are always flexible when it comes to adapting to current conditions. They work cooperatively with our team throughout the process, and ultimately this ensures a great experience for our clients. They are also just really nice people to work with. We love working with Synthesis, and are really looking forward to the next one!

After having our House designed 20 year ago by Synthesis it was without hesitation that my wife and I went back to them to bring our basement suite up to code. Navigating the complexities of the city of Vancouver bylaws and red tape is a daunting task to say the least! Synthesis handled our drawings and permit application and managed to have our project avoid a Board of Variance revue; we were approved in record time! The whole team was pleasure to work with! Would recommend them to all friends and family!
