★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a shame!. The owner is not welcoming at all. She was hesitant to take my puppy because i took her to another groomer as if it wasn’t my right. OMG and she charged me 30 more dollars because the tail of my dog was knotted, and she just easily shave the tail. Her customer service is awful, and I am so sorry for the nice girls who work for her. We won’t be back again. You should not even leave your dog with that girl.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner is very rude and condescending. I have a very sweet good natured 14 year old toy poodle. We moved to the area recently and this is the second grooming at Furdoos. I was a little shocked by the owners attitude the first time but brought her back once more. I think she was over booked. She tried to say I was an hour early. When her assistant checked the book I was on time. She complained several times about my dog being old. I arrived ten minutes early for pick up. My dog was still being groomed. I said I would return. She said no take her now, you should have arrived at the correct time and now she has seen you. My dogs face was not complete. She then said there would be an additional $27 service fee next time because my dog is old and requires extra care. Don't trust this woman with your dog. I will not return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner, Liz, is extremely unfriendly and abrasive. She didn’t start this way when she first purchased the business. But gradually her attitude changed so much so that I absolutely hated dealing with her. I stoped taking my dog there. I definitely do not recommend this place to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can't say enough good things about these guys. We've had several groomers for our doggo, Goofy. He is not the easiest to groom, and I can say that I feel we finally found the right place. You can tell everyone who works there really loves dogs and our little guy comes out looking amazing. Thank you and we will see you soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great grooming but extremely poor customer interactions. The owner says things that are so abrasive- such as “your dog was in Terrible condition”- why would you take a dog for grooming if they were pristine!?
Or asking for a tip after being rude about being late for their strict pick up time?
If you’ve seen the Seinfeld episode about the ‘Soup Nazi’- this is the equivalent in a dog groomer! If you can handle the cold human experience feel free to give it a try.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ How is this store even open for business? The owner and operator of this store is believably rude and condescending. Absolutely unwelcoming, zero hospitality spirit. It’s as if the patrons of this business are a real inconvenience to her. There are so many options for groomers in the area. Try one of those first. Everyone can have a bad day or two but please, this owner has far exceeded the reasonable Quota for bad days. Some may not care about a happy greeting, or a ‘thank you for the business’ and that’s fine. But for those looking for a professional groomer who can provide at least a wee bit of gratitude in exchange for over $80 for a hair cut and Nail clipping you’d be better off else where. Just the worst.
