They found me amazing tenants and did all the work to find them, including record checks and advertising. My tenants stayed for well over a year. Nathalie is, also, extremely capable of keeping on top of a multitude of tasks and issues. Her response time is exceptional; she is notably quick to answer questions and respond to requests. This is greatly appreciated by anyone interacting with her.
Nathalie is, also, very committed to maintain and improve the quality of the building, owners' homes. She offers proactive measures, long-term planning, and solution based actions. She is outstanding in her ability to prioritize items & facilitate getting things done in a very timely manner. She is highly skilled in doing this in cost efficient way, while maintaining high standards. Nathalie, definitely, contributes to a Board's decision-making and good choices, which reveal themselves in positive results. In my opinion, what she has helped our Board accomplish, through her tremendous work, expertise and efforts, in one year is most remarkable.
Nathalie is a tremendous asset as a property manager, second to none. She is just a pleasure to work with. She takes great pride in her work, and it is very obvious in how she goes to extra lengths to provide excellent service to her clients. As a Board member, and owner for 9 years, I would have no hesitation recommending her to manage any condo. You would be very lucky to have her.

His level of service always made me feel like I was a priority client and New Leaf has always done their best to communicate when issues or incidents arose at my property and have them resolved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Should give a 0. They misrepresented the rental and now forced to move. The rent increase lie to charge more. Owners are selling the house.. yeah right. They never reply to questions. Always quick to collect rent however. Drains are constantly off gassing. Dishwasher doesn't clean dishes. Stinks and I had to clr it 3 times. No change, asked for it to be repaired or replaced. They said clean it and stopped replying.Fireplace is a safety hazard and cannot be used. Great when the power went out. And the best part it is a illegal suite they have admitte
d to renting. I will be following up with my lawyer. This is far from over. As for your reply. Shows how much your paying attention to the property management of people. Not using my true name until the paperwork for accountability and neglect to register a secondary suite to the city of Calgary. You will see soon enough. You will be held accountable for relocation and moving expenses. Wait and see
