★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a horrible experience with dr lee knight. He is very arrogant and never fully resolved my bite so long as my teeth looked okay from the front. A few years later, all my teeth reverted to the way they were.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Knight is a wonderful orthodontist. I am very happy to come to his practice for my orthodontic care. Dr Knight and his associates are caring and highly attentive. The staff were always cooperative and flexible to accommodate appointments. I love my new smile!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Lee Knight handled my second set of braces as I wasn’t happy with the results from my first set. He did an amazing job I couldn’t be happier with my smile. He is very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. His staff is really friendly and plesent to be around. I will recommend him time and time again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My two daughters were patients of Dr. Lee Knight. Dr. Lee Knight was always very professional and personal during each visit. He and his staff worked very hard to make my daughters, who initially were nervous patients, feel comfortable. Dr. Lee Knight also took the time to make sure we were comfortable with the overall treatment plan and provided monthly payment options. Two more points stand out for me: 1.) We actually got to see Dr. Lee Knight at every visit, and 2.) Our appointments were almost always on time which is a testament to the hard working staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an upsetting experience here. The receptionist barely acknowledged me when I walked in so I stood there awkwardly until someone took me to the back. When I went for my consult, they left me in a room for 15 mins by myself. When I went to get adjustments for my night guard, dr lee knight laughed at my concerns - I’ve had enough of medical professionals invalidating my experience, and this was the third ortho I’ve been to; obviously won’t be the last. The woman who took my records was extremely infantilizing which I found quite rude. Neither that woman and dr lee knight warned me before reclining the chair back, despite me being evidently distressed at the sudden movement - the chair reclined and inclined multiple time when seeing both of them, and as someone with PTSD, I felt extremely unsafe in a situation where I had no control. With the issue of the chairs, the infantilizing, and invalidation of my concerns, I walked out in tears and cried in my car. A little empathy goes a long way.
Dr lee knight did however seem knowledgeable when offering treatment plans during our consult

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do NOT go here. Dr. Knight will seem like he is extremely diligent and considerate but I promise you its a front. I know personally one person he completely messed up to the point where she has permanent jaw muscle pain and can’t even smile like she used to. I personally hate the results I got from him as well. He will suggest every procedure possible to make more money even when not necessary. Take it how you will but I’m just telling you my experience. I’m sure there are people who got positive results here but I wouldn’t take chances with something that can alter your face permanently.
