★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the first and only dental office I have ever felt comfortable going to. The staff is amazing - very caring, attentive, friendly and open to discussion about any dental procedures. Dr. Chris is very thorough with his exams and he takes the time to explain what he is doing. I highly recommend Arbour Lake, especially if you have had negative dental experiences in the past as I had. They will welcome you and make it as pleasant a experience as a visiting a dentist could be.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was referred to Arbour Lake dental because I wanted a porcelain veneer for a front tooth. But these guys did so much more than I ever expected. I am a hard patient to treat because I have a small mouth and have had maxillofacial surgery which doesn't allow me to open my jaw very wide. This is very frustrating for some dentists as well as being extremely uncomfortable for me and sometimes even traumatizing. The hygienist here at Arbour Lake dental, Karma, is one of my new favourite people. She made recommendations that as vastly improved my dental health, so much more than a clean and get out. Dr. Chris is knowledgeable, patient, compassionate and so friendly. He takes the time to explain procedures which helps for people who suffer with anxiety. I've had a couple mouth issues because of an autoimmune disease that I've lived with for years, never really expecting any improvement. In the month since I've started going to this group my mouth issues have all but disappeared and I am pain free for the first time almost a decade.
I VERY VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND Arbour Lake Dental, they really know what they are doing and their patient handling is the best I've ever seen. Prices are a little higher than 'regular' dentist, but you'll save it in the long run because they will do it right, the first time and they can do most everything in house. I'm so grateful for this business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would not consider any other dentist. This is a first class organization. Special shout out to my hygienist Jackson. When I first started going to Arbour Lake I was very anxious to the point my shirt would be soaked with sweat. Jackson’s kind and caring chair side manner has made the dentist a pleasant as possible experience. I will always dislike the dentist but I will never go anywhere else for my dental needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our family really appreciates the caring and professionalism of everyone at Arbour Lake Dental Care. The dentists, hygienists, receptionist, all the staff and the facilities are first rate. Arbour Lake Dental Care also provides a really nice holiday party in December for all the families and this years was a wonderful outdoor opportunity than took into account all of the Covid protocols!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Arbour Lake Dental office was simply amazing - they get an all around rating of 10 out of 10 in my book. I was sent to an Endodontist specialist to try to save my molar that had a previous root canal and crown 20 years previously at another office, but the tooth was beyond repair, so the Arbour Lake Dentist had to extract it. I was prepared for a long and painful extraction but instead, I was so pleased this procedure was quick, and literally painless. I needed no pain meds after the numbing shot. I am a health professional and it is important to me that I was able to get back to normal work and home activities the very next day. This is just one of may reasons why my wife and I have been coming to Arbour Lake Dental Care office for more than 20 years.
