★ ★ ★ ★ ★ F45 Arbour Lake has been fantastic! I was looking for a workout that is quick, but doesn't sacrifice on results - this place has been just that.
Timings are flexible, workout are tough but quick (3% of your day), and the other members have been awesome. The group fitness setting and real-time coaching is very motivating and makes you want to keep coming back.
I would recommend F45 Arbour Lake to anyone who is looking to crush their fitness goals and not spend forever doing it. Loving it!

The owner is very personable and has a passion for coaching and getting people to their goals. They have different memberships and trials to accommodate anyone! Im so glad I chose Arbour Lake! I am loving the workouts and variety!! I totally recommend trying It!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firstly, Aram (the owner) was personally involved in my signup, measurements and introductions. Also he shared his story on his health and recovery due to getting fit and in shape, which speaks volumes to his dedication. He made it personal and made me feel very welcome.
The crew are ALL fantastic, every trainer is very enthusiastic, professional and encouraging.
For my goal to get back in shape and to the level of fitness I want to be at, I have found the perfect place. F45 = FUNCTIONAL which is the most important thing for me. The workouts are varied and ever changing which I look forward to.
Watch this space, I can’t wait to share amazing progress.
Also the. Gym is kept in immaculate condition, coming out of COVID, that time and effort the trainers take to clean and tidy goes a LONG way!!!
