β β β β β This gym is a great place to train. The gym and equipment are clean and well maintained. The staff is super supportive and knowledgeable. They will take the time to answer any questions you have and will help you achieve your personal fitness goals. I cannot say enough good things about my experience at this gym. If you are looking for a great place to train in NW Calgary, this is it.

β β β β β The facility is very clean, has lots of space, the equipment looks new (or very well taken care of), and the coach (Chris) was enthusiastic and helpful. The class wasn't too busy, but had enough great people that it was fun and a little competitive.
Thanks Crossfit AI for a great experience.
 (Update) I was back again to visit CrossfitAI this winter and once again had a great experience. The people are super welcoming and the coaching was solid. Thanks again!

I've been a member of TREC Fit Lab formerly Crossfit AI North for a little under 4 years. To say I love coming here is an understatement. It's more than a gym where muscles are made, and the people here are more than just a community...they are my second family. They encourage me everyday to find out just what I'm capable of and to be the best that I can be!

β β β β β I can't describe how much I love this gym! The coaches are all very approachable and knowledgable, the members are welcoming and friendly, and the facility is well-equipped and clean. The atmosphere is unbelievably supportive and uplifting, and the programming is amazing. This Tribe is a second family, and they're the reason I love living in Calgary!

β β β β β I dropped in while on business in Calgary and found this to be a GREAT CrossFit gym. The floor is spacious, there are plenty of racks, the equipment is in very good condition and the people have a great attitude! Also, the 2 days I was there I felt the coaches were very intuitive and proactive in helping each athlete do their very best. Iβll be back for sure!

β β β β β I have been a member for nearly a year, and am extremely happy that I joined. There is a strong sense of community among the members and everyone makes you feel welcome. The facility hosts members ranging from raw beginners to national/international level athletes. The coaches are very knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend dropping in for a workout and trying this place out.

The class sizes are kept to a manageable size so you don't feel like you're not getting any attention from the coaches, but enough people to join in the fun with you. Super supportive staff, great community and awesome programing. I could not say enough good things about my experience here. The gym is clean and well maintained. There are parties and events held on a regular basis. Plus you get to keep active and healthy with a wide range of class times. Definitely worth checking out.

β β β β β 5 stars is not even enough to show how awesome this gym is! I started coming here for the personal training classes with Coach Chris. As soon as you step in the door, you are welcomed instantly. Usually gyms are intimidating when you start, this place wasn't at all because of how friendly and fun the atmosphere is! There's a very strong sense of community and the support you get is like family. The coaches are amazing -(of course with my personal favourite Coach Chris!) and are really good at educating you, showing the fundamentals and motivating you in the best way possible. I can't wait to see how much more this gym has to offer once I start the crossfit classes! Keep up the great work!
