★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It looks like a nice school, located in the beautiful area of Ranchlad. Unfortunatelty, not very well organized. During my short period of work at this school, I found out many issues over there from lack of expert management to high rate of turn over (many of the staff were new).
Nothing seemed to be done professionally. Noone seemed to know their job (except teachers of course) and sometimes what was done was just a waste of time: e g. one asked me to do a task and in the middle of it somebody else came and asked me to do it differently.
They don't respect your time, the management even don't care to inform you of their decisions beforehand. There's no respect and once in response to a question from a parent, I got a very harsh unprofessional reaction.
All in all, I don't recommend St..Rita as a good place to work even if the students might be happy being there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son goes to St. Rita's and in grade 4 currently. The staff here is beyond amazing and really do care about the children. We have experienced nothing but compassion and positive attitudes from teachers and admin staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son went to school here from 2012 to 2018. I really think the smaller school size is a great benefit to elementary aged children. The teachers my son had were great! The principal and administrative staff knowing all the children, the effort put into field trips, having others come in to teach special day/week projects (ex. the inline skating, the glassworks, and the wool felting) are all great and memorable learning opportunities.
