The day supervisor name is Janis around 1:30 pm ish not cooperating with the request and Acting like she is the boss and everyone need to lesson as she said., I was asking to make a copy of my medical report after they put on the system to make sure I did submit my report, in case of loss on the system or on the way. To make sure my licence is Not drop to G. If it does loss so I have a prof that I submitted On time. But Mss. Attitude (Janis) said NO. She could say No with respect and smile face but No she has to have a Attitude with face to say No. Do not go if you have the option. Have a good day.

The lady at the door was very very rude. I sayd that I needed to change my driver's license address and she told me to stay in the line. I stayed 2:20, in the cold weather, and when finally was my time another lady was at the door and sayd that this place doens't offer this service! Terrible experience! >:S

I got a bad experience with a guy who was my test driver. He kept yelling at me while on the highway doing my G2 license, so unsafe.

My friend had an appointment for 2:15pm and he didn't do his test till 2:50pm. They had people standing in the scorching heat where some one fainted. If they're going to have people stand outside in the heat the least they can do is invest in those canvase tents foe shade. Also, the instructor failed my friend for turning left on a yellow light when yellow means proceed with caution. When he went inside and complained they were trying to say to him that yellow means stop that he should go read the rule book and study more.

Rude Service People at counter. So quick to dismiss people for almost no reason and some aren't perfect speaking people. . Also I didn't know the rules about leaving testing room, so I asked politely if there was a washroom to use.. I got so much attitude.

I had the most horrific experience at this location aggravated by the supervisor, Jennifer. Probably one of the rudest, most unkind and unhelpful people on the planet! She should be reassessed for her qualifications as a supervisor. The government should have a better screening system for the employees and not employ the ones that are completely unfit to deal with customers. You can’t treat people like lifestock! We pay enough taxes to be deserving of proper customer service. Jennifer, you should look for another way of employment...possibly, one without having to deal with people.
