★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At the beginning I was concerned about buying a used computer coz usually I don't trust used electronics, but once I was their on location and I saw the computers the have (how much it is clean) and in an excellent condition with a very good price I changed mind.
Now after 2 weeks of using my new laptop I can tell that I am very happy with its performance and the way it looks like new.
I do recommended Merchants Canada Inc to you and absolutely no hesitation. defiantly 100% I will purchase more items from them in the future.

An added bonus was that Windows 10 Pro came preinstalled, although it was advertised as being without an O/S. An update to the BIOS was all that was required to make it more current. Yes, I would recommend this vendor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Found this company, while searching for a specific, older Lenovo monitor. Turns out this is a great source of refurbished business-grade monitors, PCs and laptops, which are affordable and reasonably priced... right in the GTA.
With the massive shift to WFH, related to COVID-19, Merchants Canada has been really efficient in processing orders and offering flexible shipping/delivery options.
Kudos to the team and a big thanks for accommodating my needs. Looking forward to shopping here again!

The owner is great to work with and helps whenever I have a an order for a customer with specific needs. Never had an issue that couldn't be resolved. In the used refurbished market it is SOO important to work with ethical and trustworthy people because you never know what you are getting. It is almost as bad as the used car market. I have used many suppliers in the past but keep coming back as their customer service and quality of products are unmatched. Sometimes I even feel like I am buying brand new machines just without the original packaging.
Highly recommend.
