I thought of this place would be hard for the test, people and everything. But turned out everything was very pleasant, Not because I passed, below was the thing. The receptionist girl was very kind at the site to help me out when I got problems filling in form on the screen. The examiner Michelle looked like a little serious during the test all way next to me, she told simple clear instructions, the atmosphere created was very quiet and easy in the car during drive, felt like nobody sat there, zero pressure ??. I had not positive experience before with other examiner at other test center, so strongly recommend here. ?? also other staffs at the desk all friendly and helpful

Poor setup and snail speed processing... Multiple times was on the line for several hours only to get kicked out @ 7pm. We need to privatize these into registries to keep up with the population.

Please arrive around 6am , as line up already starts before time and DriveTest opens at 7am. I was there around 6:10 and still had 6 people in the line. The staff is helpful and will assist you in your query’s.

The DriveTest made an error, sent us a letter asking us to come to correct it within two weeks and that we are entitled to priority access. The rude unprofessional receptionist said: β€˜I know what the letter said, you have to queue’. The place is dirty over crowded and no one is taking any measures. This place apparently should NOT be licensed by the government and should be demolished. Employees need to understand that we have other things to do and that time is money.

I can say that it will take a while to forget the experience! Long lines with nobody to give any sort of updates. 19.00 is a hard cutoff; there is no wiggle room even if it’s just couple of people left to serve. It’s the 21st century and yet the whole experience gives a Stone Age feel. Third world countries have caught up better with growing public needs. The ministry needs to invest more to cut this ordeal and reduce the wait times. More officers to serve the growing crowd and better shelters(temperature controlled and rain/snow protected) to ease the wait. Also technology should put to better use to optimize the manual process. Some tips - expect to spend 5-6 hours on average. Bring some snacks and beverage(s). Fully charge your phone and carry a power bank. If it’s winter, have a few layers and put on a good pair of gloves. Carry spare masks. As the line moves, social distancing is thrown out of the window. The staff do their best to serve. No complaints there.

I arrived at 10am and there was a long line. It took me a little over two hours to get in and after I got the ticket I waited another hour and a half to take the exam. It’s wasting a lot of time. Very friendly staff. It would be nice to be able to make appointments so as not to waste too much time. When I left around 2 pm the waiting line was shorter. In my experience, I suggest going at 2 pm because there are fewer people in line.

Arrived at the location around 7:15 am line was not too long, due to the restrictions being uplifted regarding the 50 percent capacity the line moved along pretty quickly. The staff was not bad behaved, they were professional. They were reminding us to hear for our token numbers as they were not being displayed on the screen. Due to that you always had to be alert. I got done with the whole process in 1.5hrs. It could be because it was on a weekday, they tried to accommodate everyone inside the room so no one had to stand in the cold. Only document asked for 1st timers like me was a id. Had to pay 159$ for g1 and g2. Overall the experience was pleasant. I would recommend getting to the location as early as possible.

Hi everyone. I was there yesterday. I arrived at 7am. There was already a huge line. About one long line, and a half. So I started waiting. The line grew even bigger every half a hour. if u go there. Just be ready to wait a very long time. Definitely recommend that u arrive early. As line grows bigger threw out the day. Waited about 5 hours to get service. The service was great. Very friendly staff. Thanks for doing such a great job in times like these. I went there to do the G1 written test. You will walk into a room with a computer u will be assigned too. To write the test. It is touch screen. I was so glad I passed it on my first try. Just make sure you study. Signs test is pretty much common sense. The written one is abit tricky. But if u study. You'll be fine. I recommend Ontario g1 driving test app. Hope this helps y'all. Good luck everyone.?
