S	Sophia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited over 40 minutes to renew health card only to be told they cannot do ir, I need to go to "full service ontario" to renew it because my status changed from work permit to permanent residence. Don't they they there is supposed to be a board noting they are not "full service ontario"?! Totally terrible experience.
A	Abba Ji on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As with most other government offices, this place is no exception. Come prepared to stand in long queues and deal with staff who aren’t the most helpful. Expect one word answers or very short and vague answers to your questions. Good thing about this location is the ample parking and the fact that it’s situated in an indoor mall.

(i had a man with me which he had no problem speaking to respectfully & calmly). i came in asking about temp plate sticker, he was triggered & didn't want to explain anything, he was expecting me to know the information that people at his office know. when i tried to explain to him what i needed and why he just continued to raise his voice, be agitated and cut me off repeating "NO". there was a young man with me, he had no problem speaking in a different & more human tone with him. coward

t	three norns on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a fantastic experience! I arrived with 18 minutes to go and at the end of a VERY long line. A gentleman came around vetting everybody so that those who were not properly prepared with the correct documentation, etc, didn't waste everybody's time and the rest of us were given papers to pre-fill. I was at the counter in about twelve minutes and walking out about three minutes after that. Other locations should take lessons.
C	Cory Sakai on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have had good experiences in the past but this was crazy. Photo shows most of the lineup and the office is around the corner. After 10 minutes we had moved one position. I think we would have been for here for over two hours if we had decided to wait. To be fair the other location we went to in Oakville was even worse, but with all the COVID-19 closed places now open it should not be this bad.

Before i left i realized another question so i was waiting for the stuff finished his job with his currently customer. Then i went there to ask a quick question. But before i ask my question the stuff was really rude telling me there's nothing he can do and ask for the next customer. So i lined up again with another stuff, I'm telling her my situation and told her about my concern. When she was trying to check the system, the rude man was telling her "i already checked for her, i don't know what she want". Such a rude person i met. I will never come to this location.
F	Farah Hakimpour on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in to renew my health card for the first time and also get a photo ID. I get really nervous when having to do important things like this but the person who helped me was very nice and helped me understand what to do! My only issue is having to wait in line then having other people cut in front because they were inside previously.
