★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is not an office that can handle complicated situations. They're only good for basic registration and renewals. Anything that is complicated will mean the front line staff will refer to that manager who will either provide the wrong information or refer you to the Service Ontario in Aurora. They're especially inept in questions about people or things moving from the USA to Ontario...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The blonde-hair lady in the middle counter is not respectful and I don't know what is wrong with her. When she was dealing with my case and she was talking to other colleagues at the same time. I thought she was asking me something and wanted to confirm with her, she ignored me. Anyways, she is rude. I have to call ServiceOntario to report her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The light brown hair lady in the middle counter was awful. She was super rude to not only me but everyone. I was in line and saw her yelled at people. We are getting our driver license and not coming to beg for things. I am going to Service Ontario report her. She should be fired.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No online appointment for this location. So you must keep at least an hour of waiting time when you visit. This always has staff shortage and generally only two counters work. They also do not process health card related services for work permit holders. No issues with employees, they are good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the Unionville Service Ontario office at around 11 am on a Thursday and there were about 20 people ahead of me in the line. I waited for about an hour to get served. Once inside the agent processed my paperwork quickly and effectively.
I wrote this review not to complain, but to help others manage and accept their time expectations when they need to go to Service Ontario.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here on Thursday morning at 11am. Fewer than 10 people in the line and I waited for less than 1 hour. Unfortunately, I couldn’t find an online booking system for this branch. I hope this can be helpful for someone who’s been planning to visit it recently.

Curly hair middle aged woman was very mean to think if you hate dealing with people why does she have a job dealing with people! Prepare to stand in line even before it opens! Don’t forget anything Good luck
