★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very long lines, the reviews saying short lines is them, the line at 10 30 am was out of the plaza and going up hwy 50. Ppl in line saying they have been waiting for 3 hours and there not even half way to the door. Close this place or make it functional, why do you not even try lol. This town obviously needs an upgrade well obvious to is with an education level higher then a bag of chips. I hope that mayor is in that line so they see what a joke ot is

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse place to deal with staff very uneducated staff. Wasted 2 hours in line up 2 days for same work & 1st time give different excuses I fixed that issue went back then give me different excuses.

So back at Service Ontario in Bolton and they've had some staffing changes.
John has retired and had the pleasure of meeting Colleen, and wow what a great individual She is.
Very friendly, courteous, respectful and not to mention a sweetheart.
I don't know what it is with the Bolton location,but they have always been awesome people to deal with.

I have been dealing with this Service Ontario branch for years and have nothing but praise for 2 individuals. Both Christine & John have ALWAYS been great to deal with.
Friendly, Respectful, Cheerful and always pleasent to deal with.
