My mother bought me a $30 IPhone 5 wallet flip case for Christmas from the Mobilinq store in Westbook mall, which is owned by the same people as the Marlborough Mall location. The case fell apart in 3 weeks, if you spend $30 it should not be falling apart after 3 weeks of light use. Went to return the case as it was clearly defective or just junk to begin with. The man at the kiosk was incredibly rude, said that it was my fault the case fell apart and that they did not do refunds or exchanges. He even said I burnt the case, which I had not. I was livid. A random man in the mall came to my rescue after he saw what was going on. He himself looked at the case and said that is was just poor quality and he urged the Mobilinq employee to stand behind his product. After this I was offered an exchange, although they did not have a replacement like the one I had, or even a close replacement to offer. I was given a few other cases to choose from and was told they were also $30. I picked one just to get out of there and later found out that the case I got in exchange was a cheaper case, and was $25 on the Mobilinq website. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. They sell garbage, are dishonest and have zero customer service.

My sister and I got them to put screen protectors for our cell phones 3 to 4 weeks ago. My sister'screen protector came off almost 8-9 days ago ..we phoned and they said they will not do anything about it and that it's been couple of weeks. My screen protector came off last week. This store is not accountable for their work, they are rude and inefficient.

Buyer Beware! I've used these guys a few times for repairs and accessories. Ok prices, ok service went for the convenience of the location. I recently had them replace the broken camera glass on my LG G6 which i thought went fine. Turns out they forgot to clean one of the two camera lenses (both were dusty) and the detail camera is still dirty and thus useless. I made it back to the store 11 days later (they post a 7 day exchange only policy) and spoke to the staff at length. They first tried to tell me its not their responsibility to clean the lens, they gave up on that quick then tried to say it wasnt dust it must be water damage. Another flimsy answer which they sheepishly admitted was wrong just by looking close at the lens. They tried to sell me another glass at a whopping 5 dollar discount, which i refused. They finally looked at my reciept and really perked up when they noticed i was 4 days past the unreasonably short return window. I have now contacted the owner but no answer and i dont really expect one. Maybe he will reach out and i can rewrite this... I dont have high hopes. Poor workmanship and every attempt made to squeeze more money out of me and deny liability. At this point they've lost mine and my families repeat business. Should have trusted the google reviews!

Went there today and the cell phone repair person and I inspected my phone before they took it to replace the battery the front screen was bubbled on the top and bottom but the back was in perfect condition. I had my phone in armer case. The cost to replace the battery was $85. They broke the back of my phone trying to remove the back cover to replace the battery. Which they never did instead they returned it to me broken and said they wanted an addition $55 for the broken back in addition to the $85 for the battery. I have never seen two people so back peddling in my life and not take responsibility for their actions.

Help yourself, stay away. This is by a landslide the worst service I have ever had ever since I moved to Calgary. So I went there to change my Samsung S10 front and back screen. After I got my phone back, dust keeps accumulating on the front camera, something I never saw before. I went back there and they cleaned it up once. After 2 days, I had the same problem. I called them to complain about it, since I believe the screen is not properly sealed. They said that is not their problem and if I want them to even just clean up the camera again, I have to pay for it. Also, the back screen got broken with a minimum pressure while being in my pocket. Not only they use poor quality material, they don't know what they're doing either.

Don't spend your money here! Bought a glass screen protector and it popped off the very next day. The manager apologized for her poor service saying my phone doesn't handle the glass screen protector very well and offered a me a plastic one, So I was overcharged for a plastic screen protector.. Thanks

Bought the galaxy a12 about a month ago. Didn't require much from the phone accept that it had the minimum requirements for a specific app. He said showing him the requirements were not necessary and said it would run 100%. now I feel that was poor salesmanship and not worth the premium costs I payed for the phone. I would not recommend unless they try to make things right somehow, I'll update review if so.
