★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siraj and the rest of the crew that helped me with my broken screen were the best. They were able to make my broken screen look brand new and took the time to explain and show their diagnostic process as well to make sure everything worked perfectly. Price could not be beat either. Saved me from needing a new phone

I am being overcharged for a phone plan when a lower price was promised. I was contacted after leaving a 1 star review to try to reach a resolution. Unfortunately, I am still being overcharged on my monthly bill. Can't recommend unless I am compensated for the overcharged amounts and the future bills are corrected. 3 months later, I'm still being overcharged.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service, run for your life. They ruined my phone by making a big mistake when repairing it, refused to give me back the $200 I paid, and then wouldn't answer my inquiry email. Do not use any of the Mobile Klinik desks. They don't know what they are doing, are staffed by young people who are not trained properly to handle technical repair tasks.

I brought my friend to here today since she mentioned that she needed a screen protector and she was very satisfied with the service as well! Will definitely come back whenever I need some help with my phone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my phone there to get checked for water damage, they couldn’t fix it so they close my phone back up but they actually didn’t even close it properly I could see the light through the corner, now it’s worse. Like if you’re gonna open my phone and can’t fix it at least close it properly to prevent from further damage!! The screen wasn’t popping out of the phone until they opened it

I went to Mobile Klinik as a last resort, and the person managed to open it using the pin in one go! This place is that good! And the best part was that he charged me nothing for it. Just out and out a helpful staff with tremendous technical expertise.
