★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently had an MRI done, once I checked in and reached the MRI side, I was greated by the sweetest lady at reception (I wish I got her name)! Her customer service is something to praise her on! They ended up running behind but she was awesome about it and it wasn't an issue to me at all. Start to finish everyone was awesome to deal with. Would definitely recommend this location!

I had a MRI December 6th in the evening and I think her name was Alex, both ladies were absolutely amazing and friendly she stayed in the room with me, even held my hand. I couldn't of done it without her. My head and nerve pain and severe claustrophobia. We need more people in the world like these wonderful ladies. So thank so much century location. Your the best!

The girls were very accommodating and patient during my mri, I felt like a pain having to stop my scans to get more comfortable, they helped and reassured me it was ok. Very pleased with everything!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an MRI done on March 16, 2022 and the staff were incredible. I had to get an IV for contrast and I have severe anxiety when it comes to IV's. They were patient with me and made me feel as comfortable as they possibly could. Thank you for the great experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was truly the best imaging centre I have ever been to. Special kudos to Kelly and Sheila for the warm, yet most professional, and personal welcome. Also- profound thanks to Aisha, the radiology technician, who was so patient while I texted relatives to gets answers to questions that I did not know the answers to!
I would highly recommend anyone going for a
mammogram to go to this facility.???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was my first time to undergo an MRI exam. I was really anxious but when I went there the receptionists are very helpful and the receptionist at MRI dept was super nice. Techs and everyone there made me feel relaxed and the test went smoothly. They are very therapeutic for a patient like me

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Right from the receptionist who greeted me and helped me check in, going here was one of the best experiences I've had with medical imaging.
Had to get a few scans done and both of the techs were amazing. Firstly, these people are very knowledgeable and professional. I'm a nervous nelly when it comes to anything medical and they were very patient and explained every step of the process. The Ultrasound tech was especially chatty, showing me her monitor and explaining what she looks for. The really nice part is that everyone seemed to genuinely enjoy their work and take it seriously. I'm hoping I don't need any imaging any time soon, but If I have my pick, this is where I'll come back to!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve had a few scans at different private imaging facilities over the past few years and this clinic was really fantastic, in fact one of the best. The receptionists and radiology technicians were all incredible – everyone at the clinic has a very humanistic approach and makes you feel super comfortable. If you have multiple MRI studies at the same time, they really do their best to make the price affordable. Also, the facility is super clean.
Aside from the customer service aspect of things, the quality of their MRI imaging, specifically their 3T MRI, is truly top tier! I came all the way from Ottawa for my scan and would definitely do it again. Thanks to the quality of their MRI imaging, we were able to rule out a misdiagnosis of my spine and correctly diagnose a couple conditions (sports injuries) that had plagued me for years. I’m finally on my journey to getting proper treatment now! If you are an athlete and you’ve had to painstakingly go through multiple medical hoops, I implore you to ask your physician for a 3T MRI – it may reveal things that a 1.5 won’t.
The only reason for my 4 star (more like 4.5) rating rather than 5 is that a few findings were missed and/or omitted from the MRI report and if we had not sought a second radiology opinion, it could have impacted the proper course of action. Other than that, I have no complaints, it is an excellent imaging center.
