From entering the premises, til I left, I was treated to polite and truly awesome service. The tattoo artist was amazing. Friendly and easy to work with. My tattoo is STELLAR! I'm wanting to do more work with her, in the future. No way I go any place else. Beautiful studio, great ambiance and vibe. Should make anyone comfortable. A+++

I love this place, very clean and well organized. Patrick did amazing job and the only artist who accept my design, I have been inquired on 3 shop and they don't accept it because it's my first time too so lucky at Memento Mori Studios, saying thank you soooo much is not enough how they make me happy ? on my very first big back tattoo ?

Great experience. Came in to buy a new nose ring and Michael helped my Mom put it in as she was afraid to do it herself. Such a nice and helpful guy and the other staff were kind as well. The studio is very clean and professional I was quite impressed

I went in about a year ago for two rib tattoos. I wanted a darker grey and fine lined tattoos. I told my artist this multiple times. After getting my artist to redo the stencils about 4 times because they did not seem even, he told me that my concerns were unnecessary because it was how I was standing that mad them uneven. Long story short my tattoos are incredible thick, dark, and uneven, not to mention these are my smallest tattoo and it was the most expensive place I have gotten any tattoo. (I have 4)

Edit: the manager called me personally to discuss my experience and offer a few solutions to improve my visit. This was super appreciated and the place gained even more respect in my eyes. Hats off to the detail oriented staff and customer service. I would return, in fact considering my next tattoo getting done here if they’ll have me after being a ‘Karen’. Original: My partner was getting a tattoo and on the same day I booked a septum piercing that I wanted for a few years now. Partner’s tattoo artist, Toby, was friendly and detailed and fast in his work, I was quite impressed. The piercer, Mike, let me know he dislikes doing septum piercings and this was his 3rd in a row today, then explained why he does not use a clamp but does it with the client laying supine and him leaving upside down. He explained the options for piercing jewelry they had for an initial piercing like mine and myself not liking the options I went for the cheaper one (without being told I could not re use it after healing due to the ball and ring closure (CBR) … in that case I would have chosen something else) but I got it sterilized and pierced. First time was crooked so few seconds later he pierced same area again in to have it straight, still not perfectly straight but I do also have slightly uneven nostrils so I’ll take the L for that. Four days later the ball comes off and I cannot close or do anything to keep the new hole from closing other than to close the ring shut with disinfected pliers (I wear many masks in my work day and it would slip off eventually). Upon calling the office. Nathan the apprentice/receptionist helped me locate another studio that could fix the issue but ultimately the shop or Mike would not take responsibility or help cover the cost. ** I was later informed reaching out to upper management was an option and if I did so, it would have improved things on their end and mine and sped things up, my bad guys, but it is appreciated and thank you again. **

Had a great experience here for my first tattoo! Amy was so awesome to work with- she was very calm and focused and gave me plenty of time to get comfortable. The studio itself is immaculate. Spotlessly clean. Stations are set up for optimal physical distancing. Covid screening and sanitizing was done pre tattoo as well. I'll definitely be back for more!

I came in June to get my nose pierced. Ryan was really nice and professional. The sanitation was great and everything felt clean. It healed fully and no infections. Came back a couple days ago to switch to a hoop nose ring. The lady who switched it for me was great and everything went smoothly. I am definitely coming back.

Ryan is wonderful!! Extremely knowledgeable, friendly, made me feel calm and assured. The whole studio is amazing with cleanliness, literally spotless!!! Ryan creates amazing hospitality, lets me know what step he’s on next, sanitized everything in between, and went over prices as well as all aftercare. He even took the time to explain how to prevent infections, which I truly appreciate. He helped me start curating my ears, and my Helix looks absolutely amazing!! I will be back for my downsize in 6 weeks, and I’m looking forward to booking with Ryan more in the future
