Rafaël Denis-Ducharme answered all my questions on behalf of Kia. he was nice and professional. last week Rafaël called me, my EV6 was ready for delivery :). he did a great job with all the extra papers for this car. during the delivery, he explained to me well how to use the EV6. thanks, it was an excellent experience. un gros merci
M	Manavi Belgaumkar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They think people buy 40+ thousand dollar cars / SUVs without negotiations and by paying website prices. We were looking at the Sorento and the salesman refused to negotiate on any aspect of the car either on price, accessories or even winter tires etc just because he thought he had offered us a fair trade-in value on our car. A car we didn't even want to trade-in, mind you! He even got angry, got up to gesticulate and started talking about protecting his "dignity" because we asked if he could include winter tires in the price! We walked. It's simply not worth it to go into or deal with dealerships like this. Go to a better dealer. The cars are nice, the dealership is not. Buy your car elsewhere.
B	Brendan Cohoe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kia Brossard lists vehicles on Autotrader that they don't have in stock as a scummy sales tactic. It's difficult enough trying to buy a vehicle, let alone leading potential clients down wild goose chases.

When we inquired about a vehicle that had a stock number and VIN, they were very condescending and said "You have to order it, that's how it is everywhere." Well duh, anybody can order any vehicle whenever they want, but to bait people on Autotrader by listing ghost vehicles as if they're on the lot is low and unnecessary. We will not be dealing with them and their shady tactics.

He left us at his desk and said he has another appointment with a client without finishing with us. Had to ask him to explain how to finance the car and what are our different payments possibilities and he left us. It's like we were not clients for him. Anyway, this was the wors experience i had since years with car dealers.

Even after I called their office and they refuse to change agent. So I have to change to other Kia dealer for better service.
