★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I asked for tires that were the equivalent of the summer sport tires that were on the car at the time, which were the stock ones that came with the car when it was purchased from Ford.
What they installed on the car were soft, squishy all-season tires. I thought it would be no problem to make an exchange since I had made my request in writing, and because all-season tires are obviously not equivalent to summer tires... but no... I was told that they are the same rating.
Excuses, and no resolutions offered for their mistake.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can’t be trusted!!! Sold the car I had a deposit on with the common courtesy to call and let me know. Had to call several times, still waiting to be to be reimbursed. If I don’t, there will be legal action coming. Salesman Franco is a big talker!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend you not purchasing your car here. I grossly overpaid and knew it but didn’t care because I needed a car with air conditioning. That was my sole reason buying a new car and selling my old car. I told them this and was reassured that the ac worked, but it was cold and couldn’t test it. Now as summer approaches I realize I was lied to. They are offering nothing to help rectify this situation. Paying more, getting high balled comes with getting a car, but I find it particularly insidious that I was sold a car with an issue I explicitly said was the only issue I cared about. Won’t even look at the car and as to figure out why, I would pay the repairs. Especially when they made thousands off my purchase as I didn’t even negotiate once and knew it was less value than what I paid for. Not honest. I will be advising everyone not to come here, and know people who are in the middle of negotiating here and definitely will take business elsewhere

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m very impressed with Montmorency Ford in Brossard. Impeccable service, courtesy, and professionalism. I bought my car here and have it serviced here from day one. Their garage is huge and can accommodate many cars and trucks all at once, allowing prompt service and efficient maintenance. Employees at the Service counters are always kind, adapting and pleasant. A Free coffee card is also offered and a spacious accommodation room gives you the privacy and room you need. If you have a business call to make or work to adhere to they have private cubicles with telephone and free wifi for you to work quietly and efficiently.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought a used Ford Expedition from Miguel and had a wonderful experience. Due to pandemic restrictions, we bought the truck completely remotely. Miguel earned our trust and helped guide us seamlessly through the process of buying the truck from Ottawa (without seeing it in person). He sent us detailed video tours and answered all of our questions. Miguel also organized the process for transferring the ownership from Quebec to Ontario for us and had the car delivered to us in Ottawa for a very reasonable price! The entire process was so smooth thanks to Miguel! Would highly recommend him to others looking for a new or used Ford even if you don’t live locally.

Nicolas Melita, our sales representative, provided us with a vast knowledge of our SUV of choice (Lincoln Aviator) as well as offering honest & direct trade-in value & financial projection for payments. He is friendly, courteous & of great character. He provided us with excellent & very professional service all around. We highly recommend him!
Emily Monette of the Finance department is also an excellent addition to this dealership. She provided so much valuable information & options & it was an absolute pleasure to have her assistance in the purchase of our new SUV.
