I had very bad experience & interaction with my previous car service Hyundai dealer from I bought my car, even though I complained to Hyundai Canada, no changes on their customer experience. I’m really happy after switching my dealership & getting nice customer experience from this Hyundai Gabriel St-Jacques dealership.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Courteous staff and respectful of the clientele. Compared to my Acura dealer for my other car, I give them 5 stars for not gouging customers during these inflated pandemic times. They maintained service prices and still offer promos to attract customers. As an example, my Acura dealer raised his tire change and reg maintenance prices by 70% in the last 2 years. Hyundai Gabriel has my support.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They know how to treat the customers right. Although it's difficult sometimes yo get appointment but I guess that's cuz of their remarkable service everytime. Ive6been to 2 other Hyundai Dealerships as well but this one is best so far. And don't forget the free outer car wash you get for free after your service, that's like cherry on cake. Keep it up guys.

Dropped my car in the morning, received a follow up call and another call when the car was ready. Did not have to wait. They even offered to pick me up... But I decided to walk??♀️. Definitely coming back

Giovanni and Ricard know me by sight and by name and they go beyond what's asked of them to make sure I get the best service. Also, Willy the driver, is always on time and treats his passengers very professional and has a great personality. I'm always leave there confident that my car received the utmost care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hyundai (Official FIFA Partners) one of the fast growing car brand in the market and number 1 the in South Korea, Kona & Tucson both SUV cars with FWD option are recommended especially in Canadian car market good design with more features comparing other brands. The showroom I visited looks cool in the interior design and clean I didn’t found the ioniq hybrid car there!
