★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Completely rude and irresponsible landlord. They don’t care about their tenants’ comfort and health at all. This building is cold in fall and winter. I don't recommend this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never good service,no parking for visiters,they never fix anything,no heating in winter,our washing mashine has been brocken for 3 weeks and they never send anyone,i would give this place a 0 star if i could

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a ugly company, 2500 Cavendish used to be a great now with new owners it's slowly becoming an over priced dump! Rent for indoor parking was 60$ and suddenly change to 115$, and worst scenario is outdoor parking spot rent,115$???
they just see money nothing else,everything is fancy, I paid my rent but they lost my cheque and I should go regie du logement because of their fault, so crazy.
F.D.L was excellent but Capreit is awful...
I totally don’t recommend this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too cold!!! the rent is too high for the facilities that you have!,I live in the first floor and I noticed that people are passing by behind the building and even look inside and when I called building they told me because that was after working hour we are not responsible for that,They raised my rent to do the renovation and now I am paying the extra rent but they have not started yet,
Anyway, I won't recommand this building at all .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately capreat decision for tenants and forget all tenants have intelligent . Tenants knows her or his body ,some person is sensitive body about heat and cold.
We could decide about degree heating in our home like before.
Capreat,please respect to your tenants and didn’t decision for them .
Company increase Rent fees 20$/40$ Yearly of course with out any results.
Here no swimming, gym , camera , ....
So we didn’t knows why we must except this increasing ?
