I was sent there by Mazda Gabriel on st-jacques. Since Mazda Gabriel does only mechanic, they deal with Carrosserie Gabriel to repair all the body work.
- The girl Stephanie doesn't bother to call you back when she promises.
- They said my car was ready so I took it back, I started hearing a squeaking noise every time I opened a passenger door, the place where they did repairs. The director gave me a whole attitude before fixing it.
- They didn't even bother reconnecting my windshied washer fluid back. I only notice after the winter hit and none of my washer liquid was coming out. I brought it to my garage, and plug was disconnected from the fluid tank, the place where Carrosserie Gabriel made the repairs.
I thought that by bringing it to my dealership for repairs instead of my garage I'll have a more professional job with original parts. NEVER again.
People just don't care about service anymore. Don't double check if everything works ok. They do the job as fast as possible and then give you attitude if you come back and tell them it doesn't work.
Hope you find a better place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my car here after an accident - in all my stress following an accident the receptionist greeted me with such arrogance and attitude. Then I was reprimanded for having said that she was rude and not pleasant given my stressful situation. To top it off , once my car was ready and delivered all the money In my glove compartment was gone. When I called to inform them the answer I was given was that their mechanics make over 100k a year and don’t need the money I had in my car….. customer service is less than ordinary. Never dealing with Gabriel again. I regret sending clients there !!!!
