★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service advisor seemed to not know much about their own cars.
Gave the car for general inspection and he got a paper signed with $39 as approved charges. I was told that someone would call and explain before working on the car or charging anything further.
Later while picking up the car he billed me $1200.
What annoyed me the most was $75 to test driver the car.
Unprofessional and dirty environment. Avoid this dealer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for for an oil change 79$, ended up with over 300$ bill ... They called saying I needed a new air filter and cabin filter I said ok I was on the phone busy thinking it shouldn't be so bad.
For no surprises ASK FOR THE PRICE BEFORE THEY INSTALL any FILTERS!
POSITIVE, EMPLOYEES ARE NICE AND THEY DRIVE and pick you up from HOME.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing experience - specifically from Laurent Dupuis! I am without a doubt a difficult client when it comes to car purchasing.. to start I had a very specific list of options I wanted in the vehicle I purchased that was non-negotiable + a very tight budget I wanted to stick to, therefore not making it easy to find what I wanted, especially considering the shortage at the moment.
The process started nearly 6 months ago and Laurent worked with me throughout with extreme patience to try to find exactly what I was looking for and within my budget - he was honest from the beginning that it may not even be possible, but he kept at it and over exceeded my expectations! Thank you so much for your time and patience Laurent, truly appreciate it!!

This time I had to deal with part to get new snow tires installed. It went as smooth as it could.
I definitely recommend Rive Sud if you are in the market for a Chrysler or Dodge. I have 3 dealers closer to my house but willing to make the drive for the best service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service department from my experience at the Dodge dealerships that i have been to, this one is top notch. I deliberately went to this one even though I have one minutes away as I never ever want to give anymore business to any Duclos dealerships. My service technician Pascale was welcoming, friendly and helpful. Not to mention professional ensuring that my file was created with all my information correct. Now as for their showroom. Not that many vehicles inside. They had a few used cars inside but nothing of real interest to me. Out in their lot a few models but again nothing that would sway me to update my vehicles. When I am ready I am pretty sure I will come here.
