Bad experience, the owner is very rude and the customer service is poor. In addition, the cleanliness of the premises leaves something to be desired .... Save your money and do not go there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Endroit très propre, réceptionniste gentille, mais très grande difficulté de communication avec l'esthéticienne : difficulté importante avec la langue française et même anglaise. Il s'agit d'un institut asiatique. Donc difficile d'interagir et d'avoir des recommandations claires. Je ne sais même pas quelle sorte de soin facial j'ai reçu finalement (éclat ou hydratant). Donne l'impression de manque de connaissance et d'entregent (peut-être à cause de la barrière de la langue, mais tout de même problématique pour le service client). Achat Groupon donc ok pour le coût mais je ne retournerai pas.
Very clean place, nice receptionist, but very great difficulty in communicating with the beautician: significant difficulty with the French and even English language. It is an Asian institute. So difficult to interact and have clear recommendations. I don't even know what kind of facial treatment I finally received (radiance or moisturizer). Gives the impression of lack of knowledge and interpersonal skills (perhaps because of the language barrier, but still problematic for customer service). Groupon purchase so ok for the cost but I will not return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Any treatment or product they try to sell you, it's at least 30% more expensive than any other clinic in town. Just remember your product and buy it somewhere else. For more crucial procedures, go to a trust-worthy doctor and more importantly, a place that can provide PROPER receipt that has the treatment and dosage written down, and actually pays taxes. The Chinese lady Sandy works there will make you feel at your absolute worst. Always picks flaws on you (sometimes ridiculous, non-existence flaw), say negative things about you to make you insecure and buy products from her. Nasty!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there to do microblading or strokes, I was pressured to do shading (something I never heard of) paid a ton of money (plus tip) and have not so good results. Colour not as I wanted and barely showing.
Tried a facial there before and they applied a bunch of creams on my face and they called this a “facial”
Pls save your money and don’t go there
