★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here because I saw them at Salon Marions Nous 2017. We tried some tungsten rings at the show but there wasn't a lot of selection. The rep said there were lots more back at the store. We had to rent a car to visit this place and the selection was exactly the same. Nothing more to show us. PLUS, the lady at the counter didn't even want to bother finding a ring that would fit my fiancé. All we asked was to try a 6.5 ring in any design, material or style. But no, she just stood there saying, "we can order your size". Which isn't reassuring because for someone who doesn't wear rings, we have no idea if 5mm, 4mm or 6mm feels comfortable to wear all day. The store was empty. She made us feel we were taking over her free time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice, knowledgable staff. Came with my girlfriend to find her a gift and we were both well treated even with a 1.5 yr baby exploring all over.
Bought a beautiful tennis bracelet for her and she ended up picking out a nice watch for me to celebrate our anniversary.
My experience was very professional and I would return again.
** Update: bracelet lost 2 stones within a few weeks but when I brought it in they gave us a brand new one rather than repairing it. Much appreciated, since upon inspection it may have been our fault...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to get a ring cleaned, the one in Anjou does it in maybe 20-30 minutes. The lady at the counter was rude, not understanding of the fact that we didn’t get to clean the ring within a year. Said it’s going to take a week to clean... like why? Pretends she doesn’t know the jeweller schedule. Still haven’t got my ring back. Poor service, we felt like we were bothering her. Do not recommend this branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service and knowledgeable staff. Ordered a ring and had it for a few days. The fit wasn’t great. Returned to the store and they offered to reorder the same ring in a different size. Not only was it hassle free, but she also told me not to worry one bit, that if the size was still not perfect they would order yet another ring. She was friendly, cordial and knew her products. Will definitely recommend this place and will return without a doubt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a ring and when it arrived it wasn’t the right size or thickness (something I had verified when ordering). They refused to give me back my 345$ deposit because I refused the ring. I was forced to buy something else ( that I didn’t want or need) and still have some dollars on credit to use. Once my credit note is done I will shop somewhere else. On my last occasion there the staff was not helpful and the shopping experience left to be desired.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to get a gift for my mother's birthday at LSM in Brossard; however, it was very unpleasant experience. As a first time shopping there, I would not recommend going there since they have mean and lazy customer service. The lady at the entrance was very short tempered and didn't even walk us in the store. Not to mention, the guy working there was very rude tapping his pen on the table and very unpatient. After choosing the peice I wanted to buy, the guy was very dry with no welcoming hospitality or respect as we were leaving.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I can, I would i given 0 star. Please do not go there! Brought my watch to change the battery. Keep in mind it has never been changed before, the lady said she can do it. She proceeds to check everything and only default on the watch is a scratch on to glass. She took 10min to bang on it then came back battery cannot be change and the back of the watch is badly scratched which I can feel it when I wear it. The worst part is she did not apologize and blame it on us. Keep in mind, we went through with her at first and only issue with the watch was the glass. My problem is not resolve and now have a constant reminder of the scratch. Bad customer service and incompetent employee.
