After getting an appointment and confirming the morning of the appointment again, we got there just to find out some director drove away in it for the weekend. and apparently none of the other few dozen cars could be used instead! We only heard the salesperson apologizing which obviously wouldn't make up for the wasted time. couldn't even coordinate something that easy. What an absolute lack of professionalism!!!

Service is impeccable, I always get a quick outside clean of my car and the appointments are always fast. Staff is always extremely friendly and helpful. The lounge area is really nice to enjoy a coffee and a healthy oats bar.

I was next served by Carl and he treated my wife and myself very well. All questions were answered and follow up was done as well. When came time to pick up the vehicle , Nina was next to take customer service to another level. My wife and I found Nina to be excellent with paper work, training of vehicle but mostly just pleasant to deal with.

There was an initial service issue and they were lightning fast to turn the situation around and restored faith before we could snap our fingers. The amount of care they took and attention to detail was more than I would have ever expected- especially since we were from out of province and buying pre-certified used car. They could have told us to get lost, and that would have been the end of it. Although we live a thousand kilometres away, when the time comes to replace our second vehicle, hands down it will be from Volvo Park Avenue. They had a great selection by comparison to here on the Atlantic coast and with how we were treated, at this point, we wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thank you for EVERYTHING. I hope my VW blows up tomorrow so I can also have a Volvo from Volvo Park Avenue/Volvo Brossard. Thanks for putting up with us!

We travelled from Toronto with our 2019 V60 and the engine light was suddenly on after we started the car during the cold morning. We had a panic cuz we are 400km away from home and during the Christmas holiday season is impossible to find any place to check out our car. Fortunately, we found Volvo de Brossard to help us out! Even though we haven’t been able to make a reservation just walked in, even though our car was bought from another dealer, even though it was during the holiday season, the service department welcomed us warmly and helped us to clear the engine code immediately!! Also gives us an issue code letter in case our car still has the same problem and we can hand over this letter to our local Volvo dealer for a faster diagnosis. HOW SWEET WAS THAT!!!!!(Sorry to interrupt your lunch break ?) I know is a bit too late to leave a review here lol, but if you own a Volvo, this place is the place you can trust !!!! Thank you all again!
