★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Nissan hoping to be able to switch from my Mazda 2008 to a Rogue. I had an appointment on Monday and received my SEXY, AMAZING, BEAUTIFUL new car that Friday.
Jacob was my financial advisor, he was super professional and super efficient. He went above and beyond to ensure that I got the best interest rate and took the time to go over everything in detail with me. Thank you Jacob for the most relaxed and also nerve wracking loan application LOL :)
Karken was the salesperson who introduced me to my new beauty. I really enjoyed and appreciated his patience and honesty throughout the process. Telling him what I needed in a car and what my dream car was he was able to find me my new baby which i am still in shock about having received so soon!!! He was also very, very helpful in showing me all the new bells, whistles, and gadgets. Being my first time at a dealership, I did not know what to expect, but everything was smooth and relaxed.
I dont think I will ever go any where else because of the great experience I had!! Thank you Karken and Jacob, I truly appreciate your help. Thank you for helping me keep my family safe and making my dream come true! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the quickest and most efficient agreement I had in Nissan Brossard. All made possible by Michel who was amazingly cooperative and coardial. I didn't feel like I was buying a "car" if you understand what I mean. It was exceptionally smooth. And financing was extraordinary. Owe it to Jacob. He didn't push for anything i didnt want. I knew good amount about how insurance and leasing works together specially in Quebec..those extra benefits, but was really refreshing to see Jacob from the dealership actually explain all of those. Thank you Jacob and Michel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an issue with my car. Called Nissan the following day and received an appointment the same day. The individual that served me was polite, knowledgeable and friendly. Within an hour I was called to the counter and an explanation was given to me as to why my warning light came on for the Automatic Emergency Braking. The mechanic cleaned the debris from the sensor and a reset was completed. Excellent Service.

He answered all my questions and provided tips and advice on the new car. It was nice dealing with Adel and hope to deal with him in the future as well. Eliane on the finance side was very professional and was able to provide clear answers to all my questions and had everything ready to complete the transaction in a timely fashion.
