I met Charles-Etienne Huard who was very polite, supportive and also he gave me a good explanations concerning my issues. He addressed and answered all of my concerns, and was able to provide me a good suggestions, which I could not refused. He also took the time, to let me test the car(s) that I had doubt respect to them. My experience ended up with buying a Corolla Se. I have applied for that and hope everything goes well.

He addressed and answered all of my concerns, and was then able to make good suggestions, and to tailor his advice to what was good for me. Chris showed himself to be very knowledgeable. He also took the time, and had the humility to investigate anything he may have been unsure of. I felt important, and didn't feel at all pressured. I found this representative to be very helpful and honest. I felt that he was on my side. My experience ended with my chosing to purchase, and I put down a deposit that same day. My overall impression of Park Avenue Toyota was very positive.

There were some issues with picking up my car but Sebastien tried his best to handle all my needs, even offering time out of his personal life to assist. He had a good attitude throughout the experience, kept his cool and was knowledgeable about every feature the car offered. Thanks so much for everything, Seb! The dealership/Toyota did not offer help picking up the car purchased and for this I had removed a star as it negatively impacted my end to end experience HOWEVER I was reimbursed (again, by Sebastien) for the taxi trip today and so I returned the star ? Looking forward to a long relationship with Park Avenue Toyota.

He was helpful, knowledgeable and well-informed. No pressure, pure service! The main reason we left another dealership was the terrible service. This was definitely not the case with Christopher and Park Avenue Toyota Brossard. I would highly recommend this dealership and Christopher.
