★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm starting a delivery job that required a good clean car, so i thought a professional job would be in order.
IMPORTANT TO NOTE - i took the cheapest service "Smart" when owner recommended me a more advanced one for the calcareous deposit that i had in the back seat and trunk. The price was a bit steep for my situation so i opted against it.
When i went to get my car, i did a quick check and found my backseat calcareous stain still there, which i had anticipated due to the package i paid for, but it was still pretty clean with a few touches that had been forgotten which is understandable human error in my opinion (shift stick and back interior door handles). I Then inspected my trunk and found the calcareous stains still there but also found it to be similar to when i brought it in. So i went back to the counter and asked the owner "was the trunk not included in my package?" he replied "it was and it was done, we couldn't get the calcareous stains out with just the vacuum".
When i got home, i got a sunlight view (the place is underground and the lighting is poor, hence why i missed the following) The trunk was not vacuumed, i could literally pick up the debris with my fingers (picture) There was pick-able debris everywhere in the trunk that my home vacuum was able to get. I'm positive they over sighted my trunk.
all and all, the front interior of my car is to my liking (excluding the trunk), I will not return, i personally don't recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband took my car to have it cleaned for Mother's Day. For $80 they were supposed to clean and vacuum the interior. I did most of the heavy lifting by removing any obstacle yet my cup holders still have crumbs and oil in them, there's still dust on the dash and it wasn't polished or even whipped down, and my umbrella was still on the floor exactly where I left it making me wonder exactly what it is that they did other than wash the outside.
Edit: After translating the reply from the company (the original was in English), I'm really disappointed. My husband wasn't contacted at all, and not cleaning the entire dashboard, doors, and center console isn't simply missing 2% of the work. Furthermore, I paid for 110% of the work as we were charged the truck price for my full sized sedan. The original reply was much more customer service appropriate, but for some reason has since been changed to defend inadequacies because apparently cutting corners should be accepted. When a promise of "washing the car interior" and "dusting the dash and passenger compartments" are the top couple things on the advertised list, I expect them to be done. I'll attach photos of both the original reply, the edited reply, and the website listing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly disappointed. Paid 415$(including a 48$ tip, because I enjoy supporting small businesses)
Came back for the car, from the outside it looked clean, engine was clean, the carwash is under ground so unless you turn on your flash light you wont see the inside until you go outside.
When I got outside, the leather was shiny, the floor was clean and the windows were shiny. However my dashboard was left with multiple stains, found a bunch of little white piece of matter everywhere in the car and the seats weren’t vacuumed properly.
After closer inspection I noticed a bunch of stains on my car outside and decided to go to a self service car wash to complete the job. Also had to go to a gas station to vacuum the rest wards. Gosh even the trunk wasn’t clean.
I love supporting small businesses but I honestly gelt ripped off. I brought one of my less luxurious cars to see if I could trust this business with my more luxurious ones and I don’t.
Frankly disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there for a simple in and out car wash. He charged me $160 (including tax) for an hour. I was a little bit confused about the price so I made my friend call the next day and he confirmed that the price is $80 for interior and $35 for exterior and that if the car needs more love then he will say how much extra has to be charged prior to cleaning the car. $80 + $35 = 115 I was charged $140. The car wasn't even clean (look at pictures). I emailed him asking for the difference in price as well as showing pics of my unclean car and didn't hear back. Hence why I am writing a review. Be careful and don't be fooled by the reviews!
