Staff was friendly, I was just sad they no longer have Harry Potter merchandise. I found remnants, but nothing significant. Very pricey as well.

Beautiful furniture and decoration! Staff are kind and helpful, they won't just pressure you into buying like other places.

I had the worst experience ever at the PotteryBarnKids at Dix30. I was evaluating 2 sets of furniture for my nursery and we were also choosing the bedding sets to go with them. My mom and sister took a few linen options off the shelf to look at up against the crib we were choosing, while I was working with a really sweet lady who was building my quote and checking delivery times. All of a sudden this horrible sales consultant with dark hair in her late-30s early-40s approached me with a very passive-aggressive demeanor....telling me that she has to clean up so did I choose what I wanted yet.....I apologized for the inconvenience and told her I had chosen a few items that I liked and that we wouldn't be much longer. Frankly, I was embarrassed at her aggressive approach and responded to her so nicely that I thought she might've even felt bad.... but instead, she went in the back of the store and started giving attitude to my mother and sister. When I went to the back of the store and saw my mom and sister's shocked faces, I immediately decided I didn't want to be in there anymore and walked straight out of the store. I'm very sorry for the sales lady that was helping me because she was working on a sale of a few thousand dollars and she was very sweet, but that other woman doesn't deserve to be in any customer-facing job, ever. The only hope for her to be good at her job is maybe as a collections agent. If that miserable lady does get to read this: "You are paid to help customers choose things, to make it a pleasant experience and to put things back on the shelf. You are bad for brick and mortar business and you costed your colleague and the company you work for a 5000$ sale. Don't work in retail if you don't like folding things and putting it back on the shelf."
